The overall facilities are relatively new and the style is good. The room is spacious and clean. We booked a private bath with twin beds, and they helped us upgrade to a private bath with children. The housekeeper Xiao Yang was very considerate and asked us about our travel methods, whether we needed to be picked up from the train station, the number of children, etc. in the morning. The public hot spring pools are all small pools, with fewer numbers, but if there are not many people, it is considered a private bath. There are sulfur pools, ginger pools, and mineral salts. The breakfast room is a little small, so it's a regular breakfast. Those who like private baths can take a bath, and the baby's room is not afraid of catching a cold in winter.

However, the hotel can still be improved in details. For example, the toilet in the room has been upgraded to a smart toilet in many hotels, which can be improved; the claw machine in the lobby is too complicated to operate. First: I always stayed in Building 1 every time I came here before. This time I booked a so-called lucky bag room in Building 2, with a choice of hot spring breakfast and 2 choices. As a result, when I checked in, I found that the same room type cost 29 yuan more and included two breakfasts and hot springs. This lucky bag room cannot be refunded directly, which is really embarrassing. Second: No wonder Building 2 is cheaper than Building 1. You have to walk through a long corridor to take a hot spring bath. The weather is indeed a bit cool. Secondly, the air conditioner in the room was turned on for a long time and the temperature was adjusted to 30℃, but it was still chilly. It didn't work. I contacted the housekeeper and asked the elder sister to come and see that we operated it correctly. It was the only way. It was not until we checked out that it was slightly better. Third: I wanted to boil some water to drink as soon as I checked in. I picked up the water cup and saw that it was probably because I didn't pay attention when I washed it. There were stains. After contacting the housekeeper, the elder sister came to replace it quickly. To sum up my experience of staying here, the service is excellent. The attitudes of the front desk, the cleaning ladies on the floors, and the doorman are all very good. However, the hardware is a bit lame. For example, the chaise longue in the room is pilling. The management should pay attention to some details.

After climbing Mount Emei, I soaked in a hot spring at night, and I was tired all over. Dinner was eaten at Emeiyue Restaurant. The package I bought on the online platform was also given Linjiang eel silk in the accommodation package. The staff was also very enthusiastic. The breakfast was also very rich, and it was considerate to consider that everyone could sleep in after climbing the mountain and soaking in the hot spring until 10 o'clock. There is winter health tea in the lobby, and the waiter also sent milk in the evening. It happened that my family was uncomfortable climbing and didn't want to eat. The hot milk made me feel much more comfortable. This is the most worded comment I wrote on Dianping, because all the staff of the hotel deserve such a comment.

Not what I expected. It's like a residential complex which has been turned into a hotel/resort. The room what very comfortable. Fancy toilet, nice shower, washing machine and a place to sit and read. I didn't get my mountain view, but even if I did the clouds obscured it. The staff on reception and front desk along with housekeeping were great and went out their way to help. However the restaurant staff were not very keen in helping due to the language barrier. They need to be told that speaking louder in Chinese won't make me understand any better. That aside I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

This is a very amazing hotel. It looks plain, but when you walk out of the elevator, when you look up and see the rolling hills; and when you enter the room that looks like an oil painting, when you see the green trees, birds singing and flowers blooming outside the window, everyone will express sincere admiration.
