Very clean n very polite jus staff during the day was no help when needed

I had an emergency and need a place to stay. I booked the room minutes before arriving and my room was ready. I was right next to three fast food restaurants and 2 gas stations, and a shopping plaza. The Hispanics restaurant located at the rear of the hotel has some amazing tacos and a bar of homemade sauces that were purely wonderful. The room was average but the swimming pool was getting some well deserved maintenance.

The place was not clean. The carpet was coming apart. The service was not very friendly but did follow through with my request. This place needs better maintenance for sure it was dirty

The staff, location and cleanliness of the hotel was good; however, our bathroom door would not close so we brought it up with the front desk. I was there when the maintenance person was notified and he himself told me he'd go up to our room and fix it while we were out for the day. So that is why I gave facilities a 1 star because I don't even think he made an attempt to fix our bathroom door and we were there for 4 nights.

Room was nice but have a crack in the toilet.

On the website it indicates that the rate includes breakfast and this is not the case, the hotel does not have a restaurant. Too bad because when we vacation as a family we always look for a rate with breakfast included. This hotel does not have a restaurant, therefore it is misleading advertising. Very disappointed...there is also a lack of maintenance, the old carpet, and also the bathroom tub, very old.

In my experience it was the worst date that we decided to stay at this hotel, since in those days they were repairing the street next to our room (265) we couldn't rest well. Although I am a polyglot, there is a Hispanic girl who does not want to speak Spanish, she assisted us when we checked out on December 11, 2023. The conversation was in English without a problem, since we required information about whether they had service to the airport (they don't have one, they call a taxi and the taxi provides the service.) Regarding the location, it is good, we were able to do our shopping in a shopping center that is right in front of the hotel, you have to get there by car because you have to cross the avenue. (walking is not possible) The other thing is that when we arrived (7:00pm) there were two men outside their room drinking intoxicating drinks and that gave us a little distrust. His room was right below ours. At that time we did not see surveillance or anything like that hanging around the hotel.

The room was poorly ventilated and had a peculiar smell. The sheets are quite dirty. The air conditioner was very noisy and it was impossible to sleep with the air conditioner on. The waiters are nice. What's more convenient is that there is free breakfast. There are not many types but everything you should have.

Someone came into mess up personal things and the room seemed messier than b When I arrived. Also things moved around when in shower. I have nothing else to say except the staff didn't seem surprised and they had no nothing. Ridiculous.

Dirty doors, handles, locks and bathtub, Due to the type of hotel it would be better if they did not have carpet, the pool is very dirty with a bad smell and out of order, it says that all rooms have: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and actually he doesn't have any of them. Breakfast could be until 10 am or at least leave the coffee.

Great overnight stay, ask for room At rear of property as it is less noisy. Would have liked a coffee machine Odd pillows which are too short for Standard pillows. That is all that I wish to say but why do I have to Leave over 200 characters

Homeless sleeping outside my room and homeless going to get breakfast to take out. Toilet seat top broken and fixed with a tape and tub with stains and old. Customer service was bad too, The girl who was there had no customer service at all. I was about to make a waffle and she stood up and said "hold on mine is in there, I'm hungry like anyone else" lol
