A wonderful old lady in desperate need of a facelift. Quite rundown property. Was wonderful once great pool the staff OK a bit on bullying side. Just put your foot down as needed. Would stay there again.

Good for one day in this rates

Hotel with great potential, but in need of significant renovations and improvements. The cleaning standards are below expectations, with the bathroom being unsatisfactory (worse than a public bathroom), including leaks coming from the superior room. The room, although spacious and with a comfortable bed, needs attention in terms of hygiene, lighting and air conditioning. Breakfast, served in an attached restaurant, offers only one drink and one dish, and requires an additional charge for more complete options. The service at the reception needs to be improved, as the receptionists are completely apathetic. The food service, both lunch and dinner, is of good quality, with the waitress who works at the pool standing out for her friendliness.

They put me in a room that looked like a crypt, unpleasant, unkempt, moldy walls, large, designed for a family. The safe didn't work, no Wi-Fi in the room. I asked to replace it, in response -, If you don't like it, you can move out. I paid for the room in advance 40 days, the New Year is coming soon, the prices have gone up, which means I'll have to pay more. Contacting Trip Com didn't help, the manager just laughed. I had a reservation for two more weeks, then the manager agreed, said if you stay we'll move you to another room. Why was it necessary to put me in a crypt room initially, after the New Year, the hotel was a quarter full

Old hotel, musty smell, air doesn't cool, cold water doesn't heat up either

There is no safe, no surveillance cameras, you can save your things as you wish, the safes are faulty, why write that there is a safe in the room if it does not work, it is a scam.
