Hotel Delta Florence Reviews

The hotel central aircon was out of order throughout my stay on Jun 5 th 6. Staff saud there is nothing they can do. Endured warm and humid room. Had suffered mosquitoe bites as a result of leaving windows opened in my stay. My worst hotel stay thus far!!

I don't understand how it can be rated as 4 star hotel. The max level should be 2.9 stars (not even 3 stars). The Air Cond is not working, I think Trip.com should have a mechanism to 100% refund if any description of the services did not meet. Otherwise, those hotels can claim that they have Air Cond. Indeed, it is not working. Very disappointed. If Trip.com did not rated at 4 stars and described with Air Cond, I will not choose to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is ok, clean. Breakfast is quite good with coffee and bread. The only problem is that the location is quite far from the city center, while the bus number 2 often does not appear as shown in the app. We had to walk to the train station about 1km away and the road to get there is full of trucks going at terrible speed. Really challenging!

Good location and nice hotel. They let us early checkin. Everything is good except weak wifi.

Italy is supposed to be a developed country, but this hotel was just like one people can experience in a third country from all perspectives.

Nit so good

I checked in and the room was dirty, airconditioning broken and instead of 1 double bed and 1 single, we got 3 single beds. I went downstairs to complain and they offered to get the room cleaned. I refused to take a dirty room and demanded another room which was given. Breakfast is really bad! No fruit only sweets

Terrible! Avoid! They had some party downstairs and it was impossible to sleep at all for the entire night. Amenities are also terrible from 70s. Not worth the price at all. I wouldn’t give it even 1 star.

Breakfast was ok, rooms a bit dated, bathroom with rust on the edge of the tub. Very friendly staff

I was not very satisfied, the air conditioning did not work, and the day was very hot, the hair dryer did not work, the concierge gave me bad advice on how to reach the center of Florence.
