The phone to call reception was not working. The water in the bath tub is draining very slowly, some sort of blockage. The TV was not working. I have to go to the reception and told him the 3 problems and went after 45 minutes to remind them that no one came. It took someone to arrive, probably from Glasgow, after an hour and was informed something else and didn’t have a pump to solve the bath tub problem. Only the TV was some sort of repaired and it was already 2230hrs when actually TV was not much needed anymore. The phone never worked.

We stayed three nights here and found it convenient—about 10 minutes by car to the airport and 30 minutes by bus to the old town (£3.50 one way). The room was spacious enough for our family of four, though the bathroom was a bit small and dated. Free chilled still and sparkling water was a nice touch. We stayed in July, and the hotel was busy with tourists and flight crews. They kindly stored our large luggage while we visited the Highlands, which was super helpful. We’d recommend this hotel for families.

Great value for money. Very pleased with staff and brilliant customer service. Totally recommend it.

Expected there would be a gown and slippers in the room. Never mind, it was nice though

It was nice but the only thing they attached two single bed as a double bed and they got separated meanwhile sleeping.

Room OK, but bed is not the best, no extra cover for winter nights. Pool area needs a deep clean, its disgusting, hairs everywhere, no soap in changing rooms to wash hands. Loungers stains on them.

Hotel is good for solo travelers. Breakfast buffet is nice.

Came here for a couples holiday right before Christmas. Blown away by the stay we had for such a great value price! Complimentary drinks at the bar and the pool was lovely. Located less than a five minute walk from the station (Edinburgh Gateway), making it an accessible ten minute journey to the city centre. Staff were very polite, and if we don't return to Edinburgh for a while, we will still be using Delta Hotels for our next trip! Thank you!

It was a good experience to stay in Delta hotel. The location and sarounds are amazing

okay if you just stay one night as there is no servicing of the room for a few days is a norm. Towels and coffee/tea not replaced, and rubbish not cleared everyday. Empty soap container in the shower room when I arrived. Toilet facilities were old and not friendly.

So happy for the place so clean.
