Excellent clean hotel with spacious rooms. 5 minute walk from the main station and a short taxi trip into the city centre. Good service and a lovely bar and restaurant. Dinner was good.

I booked this hotel by mistake as they have two different hotels with the same name , when I sent them to cancel the reservation they refused to refund or at least offer something as I made it clear that I won’t be able to go to that hotel I would really not recommend to book this hotel

Good hotel

The air conditioner in the room is very noisy and I can't sleep with it on. The space is large and relatively old. The location is good, just a three-minute walk from the train station. There are few restaurants around, so it's better to go to the train station for meals

I went to the front desk to ask, and the front desk said that he didn't let me wait for the butler for the next day, and no one gave it to me the next day, but it was good to help me keep my luggage.

The hotel is very close to Düsseldorf Train Station, about 3 minutes' walk away! There are DM, cafes, bakeries, etc. in the train station, which is very convenient.
