very good hotel with great breakfast concept. great furnishings too

This hotel is too good to be true. The room is so big and spacious, very comfortable bed. All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The housekeeping is very hardworking and paying attention to all details. We love our stay in the great hotel.

Classic colonial-style room with modern renovation, everything is nice at hall and corridor, room bed is soft and comfortable, separate bath and toilet with super cleanliness, kind and attentive clerks. And the slippers in the room are the best quality I have seen in Myanmar. Location is near from Sule pagoda and in the very centre of Yangon downtown. Only regret is outside noise and bad smell on the nearby street, there are so many roadside vendors and loud Indian music going on till evening. I woke up early in the morning by the noise of generator outside and opposite side of the hotel, for which the hotel is not responsible. If sound-proof room is available even with extra cost it would make me want to come back.

This is one of best in Yangon. Hotel’s location is walkable distance. Room is carefully furnished with luxury materials also with high celling that make the room so ample. Staffs are attentive and kind and their services are top notch.

Nice ambience and surprise given the location. Spacious and Cozy room. Comfortable bed and had all the basic amenities. Accommodating and helpful reception staff. Restaurant and staff were great/ Value for money. Would stay again if in the neighborhood.

WiFi is not available on the next day of our visit. Otherwise it’s perfect.

An iconic design hotel, we have not experienced from any where in Yangon. Huge space of living and bathing, super comfy bedding and sofa. More than enough power universal outlets with speedy wifi, we have enjoyed staying here.

Yangon Excelsior Hotel is another hotel that I stayed at and was very impressed with. The hotel is beautiful, classic, and clean. All the staff are very helpful and willing to provide the best service. I met a very cute female manager. I recommend anyone who comes to Yangon to stay here. It is really beautiful and close to tourist attractions, including Sule Pagoda and Chaina Town. It is easy to find food. It is really convenient.

Facilities: Complete facilities, everything is available in the room, if you ask the front desk, you can get it Environment: Clean and tidy, the hotel is converted from an antique building, full of classical atmosphere, I like it very much Service: The front desk speaks fluent English and is enthusiastic. They can help you book tickets and print them out for you, which is very considerate. And they gave me a free check-out delay until 4 pm, great! I will stay here again next time I come to Yangon

Top 1 hotel in Yangon The hotel was renovated from the headquarters of Steel Brothers, a major British exporter in the 1920s, with a British style. The facilities and environment are superb. You only need to ask the front desk to book various tickets and buy things. They will help you run errands. If you think the food you eat outside is average, you can go to the restaurant downstairs. The taste and production are superb. Every plate of food is served hot! ! ! The details are very good! ! ! Super five-star praise!
