mala hotel is very nice ,calm clean and friendly staffs. If you travelling with children there is an extra bed for 800bt.Great location, near the clean and calm beach.Reccomanding for family

Be prepared that they may check you into the old building. Yes, there is a great view, but it is old without an elevator and the room is much smaller. This was a very disappointing stay. We booked for 5 days and were checked in there, after short but affirmative requests, two days later we were moved to the new one, the rooms are larger and it is 100 times better, it was nice to be there, good water pressure - clean. We were there at the peak of the season and it was difficult to find accommodation at a more or less adequate price. Well, they checked us in at 16:00 instead of 14:00, I think the problem is in the managers, although the employees are smiling. The hotel is on the road, but around the corner there is everything you need. There is a 7/11 nearby. It is 20 minutes to the sea

Overall, everything is great! The staff is nice and friendly. It's a bit far to get to the beach. The only thing I missed from the amenities was a hair dryer.

The hotel exceeded all expectations, the photo corresponds to reality, the room is clean, spacious, the room was cleaned every day / soap, shampoo, gel, slippers, coffee, water - 2 bottles, a kettle, all this is in the room. The girls at the reception helped with any issue. It's a leisurely 15 minutes to the sea through the market (fruit, souvenirs and you can eat right away).

Overall, the hotel is good, clean, cleaning is done daily. Water and toilet paper are brought daily, + there are boilers on each floor. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was always delicious. You can choose between Thai and European breakfast. Of course, there were moments that were a little confusing, when checking into the hotel there was a specific smell, but it was quickly eliminated. I think this can happen in any hotel. Also, the towels also had a specific smell. Perhaps this is how they disinfect or something else, I don’t know. The view from the window/balcony, or rather this view was practically non-existent, but I think for the price at which we stayed in this room with meals (breakfast), you can’t expect more. Overall, the impressions of the hotel were only positive!!!

We spent two nights in a very nice hotel in relation to price quality. Cleanliness and attention more than good. It is about 10 minutes walk from Kata and Karon Beach. Gastronomic area in the surrounding area and bars nearby. The hotel service is very friendly and attentive. We will probably go again. The only photos I have are of the balcony view and the beach.
