Great location at the Media Harbour, the city center can be reached on foot in 20 minutes along the Rhine. Great room and very friendly service. Always my pleasure!

Honestly my first impression of the hotel was great, as I was greeted by an enthusiastic and helpful agent. Radisson was big with its upsell programs, which I did not mind at all. However my problem was some of the items like room upgrades are not fulfilled as promised. My upgraded room was supposed to have a balcony, which was not true. But my paid "Noon" check in promise was fulfilled and the nice agent even got me a room a bit earlier, which I appreciated after a long flight from Asia. The room itself was spacious but I was shocked to see the lack of power outlets and USB ports (not even USB-A). This issue can be easily resolved with investing in some USB port-equipped alarm clocks. For an upscale hotel in 2023, I was shocked to see at the lack of USB-A and USB-C ports at the rooms. This is the only reason why I choose another hotel in the same neighborhood for my next stay in May 2024. Another problem was the breakfast situation. It was just crowded, as there was clearly some kinds of events going on. No one was replenishing food and service was minimal, as the staffs were just overwhelmed. I regretted paying for breakfast, as it was a very unpleasant experience. If you don't mind a light breakfast, there is a nice bakery which serves coffee and pastries a block from the hotel. For a fitness conscious person, the fitness center (well fitness room) was just unacceptable with lack of modern cardio equipments, not to mention weigh equipments. Overall it was a disappointing stay especially it was not even high season. I will not return to hotel until I see the rooms getting a major renovations.

Pretty descent hotel. Modern cozy room, very comfortable bed, small fridge, safe, kettle and nespresso coffee machine. Complementary water, coffee and tea. Good WiFi signal for remote work. Very good breakfast selection (compared to most US hotels). Reception staff are very helpful.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with some quaint cafes and pastry shops nearby. It is conveniently near a bus stop and a tram stop which makes getting around easy. From the hotel, you can walk by the riverside to the Alstadt and the Königsallee shopping area but the hotel itself is not in the middle of the busy and touristy areas. The room and bathrooms need updates. AC in the summer was somewhat weak and the lobby was very warm. Few amenities in the hotel and there is no pool. It is tolerable for short term stays. Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff were helpful and somewhat friendly.

My stay at radisson was such an exptional stay with great level of hospitality and commitment with team spirit the breakfast was wonderful and special the room was very good and renovated the vibes was so cozy and great i would like to to thank kate from the front office and hamadi from the bar also the hotel manager Jennifer for their great hospitality

Stayed for one night in April. Nice quiet hotel in a walkable neighbourhood. The room had good natural light with floor to ceiling windows. Comfy beds and great breakfast. Good value for money. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Quick and efficient check-in and check-out.

Rooms not in good shape for the high price, staff not into helping. Parking place was good but too expensive. Breakfast was good but we experienced better ones like Radisson in Lyon. Luckily the bed was very good!

the most important part of our staying in a hotel is the people who is providing services during your staying. I would like to congratulate the best attendance received from the employees: Hamadi (bar attendant), Sylvia (bar manager) and Raquel (receptionist). but at the same time, I must complain that the hotel must to hire more people to work at the breakfast time…

It was a memorable one , I was satisfied with the services. I can recommend the hotel for someone, the only place am not satisfied with was the park place because it was very small and narrow. The breakfast was top notch.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel as we have had previously. The room was modern, clean and spacious even including an extra bed for our daughter. Our experience interacting with staff was also excellent as they are professionally competent and courteous (well trained). It.is about 30 mins walk from the Altstadt and there is a tram stop for 2 trams beside the hotel which makes it very convenient for travel. I’d fully recommend this hotel for a stay in Dusseldorf.
