We enjoyed our stay here. It was well maintained and we look forward to returning to the beautiful South Island again.

A very good hotel with all aspects above my expectations. I would recommend it to my friends when they travel to Dunefin.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, so I had a very comfortable stay. The location was also good, making it easy to get around for sightseeing.

We were only there for the night. Restaurants were available at the hotel and were connected to the Grand Casino. Pedestrian zone nearby. Breakfast was a bit more expensive. Friendly service. I would recommend it.

The parking lot next to the hotel is not available. You have to pay 25+$ to let the hotel park for you. However, the breakfast in the hotel is pretty good. It is also close to citytown.

The location is very good, just opposite the Octagonal Pavilion. The hotel facilities are a bit old, which is why I like it, including the elevator buttons, which are old but well maintained and function normally. There is a casino in the hotel, which is doing good business.

Nice room, very cozy, good location

It is said to be the oldest hotel in Dunedin, so the design of the facilities is relatively old, but it is well maintained. You have to park nearby, the hotel does not have a parking lot

Environment: I stayed at this hotel for my second night in New Zealand. Overall, I think the price is quite good. The location is not too remote. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and the room is okay.

I can only say that the hotel is quite satisfactory, but the service attitude is not very good. Something unpleasant happened, but Ctrip came forward to resolve it.
