Hyatt House Sterling/Dulles Airport North Reviews

Stayed here the night before my flight at Dulles, everything was great.

The front desk of the hotel that helped us check in was very enthusiastic. We were supposed to check in at 3 o'clock, but we gave the room card after 1 o'clock. We were also given a room on a high floor with a good view. It would be better if the kitchen is equipped with oil, salt, sauce and vinegar. The swimming pool is closed now and there is no fitness equipment. The only drawback is that the breakfast is too simple In the morning, I also received a text message that the hotel had deducted a fee of US$82.46. I asked the front desk, but he couldn't explain it. Maybe it was the deposit for check-in. It was strange how this number came up when the deposit was charged in an integer. It felt bad.

The hotel facilities are very good, there is free airport shuttle service, you need to make an appointment in advance! I will choose this place again next time. The breakfast is not very good. There is a kitchen in the room where you can cook
