The overall stay experience was great! Here I would like to express my special thanks to Vivienne, the Hotel staff, for her professional explanation of the Hotel tour. She not only introduced the overall design of the hotel but also explained the knowledge of ceramics. She was very meticulous and patient in the whole process, and also gave me and my family four exquisite ceramic bracelets, which brought me a unique hotel accommodation experience. Everything was good and smooth, until one detail, stuff on reception doesn’t speak English.

It should have been a very good accommodation experience. I bought a two-night group purchase on Ctrip, which included two days of breakfast, one dinner, one refrigerator drink, one handmade experience, and welcome fruit. I checked into the Jiaxuan Hotel on the third floor that day. I checked in after 2 pm. After a short rest, I went to the museum to see the Silent Buddha. At that time, I felt that there was a smell of smoke in the room. I thought it was an isolated incident, so I didn't take it seriously and went out. When I went back to have a buffet dinner in the evening, I washed up and prepared to rest. At about 11 pm, the smell of smoke in the bathroom became strong, and the smoke alarm in the room began to make regular popping sounds. I thought there might be a problem with the pipes in the bathroom, so I just closed the door. Unexpectedly, the smell of smoke was so strong that it overflowed the bathroom door. I could only call the front desk. The front desk was answered by a female, and the aunt on duty was sent to come. The aunt went in to check, confirmed that there was a smell of smoke, and immediately replied in their work group. The second time we called the front desk, a male answered the phone. We asked them to solve the problem as soon as possible. At that time, the male said that he had no authority and would notify the duty manager to come to the room to deal with it. After waiting for about a quarter of an hour, a suited man with glasses and a northern accent came. He recorded the entire conversation with his mobile phone. First, he confirmed the strong smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. Secondly, he proposed to upgrade to the room of the next-door Select Hotel, and finally provide cake compensation. We first refused the cake compensation. Second, we agreed to change rooms, but hoped that they would guarantee that there would be no smell of cigarettes in the changed rooms. Third, we hope to refund our 600 yuan weekend price difference. The tall duty manager said that the Select Hotel was smoke-free, so there would be no smell of cigarettes. Regarding the refund of 600 yuan, he can only refund 300 yuan of taxes, but he will report the incident and our demands to the manager of the next day, and promised to reply at 10 o'clock the next day. At about midnight that night, we dragged our luggage to Select Hotel to check in again. The next day in the breakfast room, before we started eating, a slightly fat middle-aged man with glasses came to communicate with us. The hotel still insisted on compensating for desserts, fruits and 300 yuan of taxes. We continued to insist on the 600 yuan refund request and did not have much conversation with him. After a simple breakfast, I quickly contacted Ctrip customer service. I am a platinum member. Ctrip quickly called back ten minutes later, but still could not refund 600 yuan. Ctrip's reply was that the hotel was 300 yuan, and Ctrip gave me a 100-20 coupon accordingly. I still refused. I said that it was so cold and rainy in the middle of the night yesterday that I was about to sleep. Asking me to dress again and pack my luggage was equivalent to a loss of one night. It was very reasonable not to ask for a refund of one night's accommodation fee. It was not excessive to refund the weekend price difference of 600 yuan. (The group purchase was ¥1488, because the accommodation on Friday needed to make up the weekend price difference of 600 yuan) Finally, after 12 noon, the hotel called me and agreed to my request. Ctrip also refunded 600 yuan to my account within half an hour after the call. So, the whole experience of Hyatt Hotel was so wonderful. I can only say that it was not as good as the service of Sanbao Village B&B booked by Ctrip on the first day!

The hotel is in Taoxichuan, which is really convenient. For weekend trips, you can take a taxi to popular destinations within a radius of about three kilometers from the hotel. A special mention to Miss Becky, who was very considerate and sent me a guide to Jingdezhen before I arrived at the hotel. The form was very detailed and very consistent with my travel needs. My needs were perfectly met during my stay. Good👏👏👏

The overall feeling is that the form is more important than the content. It is owned by Hyatt and is the second-best hotel in Jingdezhen. The overall service of the facade is fine, but the small details inside, such as paper towels, toiletries and slippers, do not match the price. I personally think that the breakfast is worth 100 yuan, which is similar to Holiday Inn, but their room rate is more than 300 yuan, and your price is more than 700 yuan? And I don't know what the price is based on. After booking the room, it dropped to more than 500 yuan the next day, but it was a single breakfast. I don't understand. The most suitable thing here is to take pictures and check in. The hotel also has this business, but it does not include makeup and clothing. The hotel is very close to Taoxichuan, across the road, and it is very convenient to go to the night market on weekends.

The room is clean and well-equipped. The service attitude is good, especially Becky at the front desk who provided us with travel tips and recommended delicious restaurants. Very satisfied. The hotel is very close to Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative Street, 5 minutes away. It is very convenient to get to the China Ceramics Museum and other places. Recommended~

I originally booked Jiaxuan, but I thought the room would be bigger and more comfortable, so I paid to upgrade to Zhenxuan. The hotel environment is very good, worthy of being a hotel that won the design award. Every place has its own view, and I was given a travel photo, but I haven't received the photos yet. The hotel is opposite Taoxichuan, which is very convenient for going out shopping at night. I had breakfast and buffet dinner at Cobalt Blue Restaurant, and the dishes were very rich. The housekeeper Becky contacted me in advance before check-in and sent me a travel guide. During the stay, she also asked about my needs, which was warm and thoughtful. Fruits were given, and the drinks in the refrigerator were free.

This is my second time staying at Hyatt Place. I still like the appearance of the hotel. The service is thoughtful and the food is rich. I like the cooperation between the architect and the landscape designer to create a peaceful and far-reaching atmosphere.

Very beautiful Hyatt, the Hyatt of Jingdezhen. Red brick 🧱 lattice wall, open the door to see the sun, there is a balcony in front of the house, sit and bask in the sun, bathe in the moonlight, taste the smell of fireworks in the morning, treat guests like guests, and forget the fatigue of the journey. Close to Taoxichuan, there are many delicious foods around, stroll slowly in the market, linger and forget to leave, and don't realize where to go. Special thanks to manager Becky. I took my kids to Jingdezhen for a three-day and two-night trip. I chose the Hyatt Place recommended by a colleague. It is very suitable for family travel. I was given a travel photo shoot as a gift. I took this year's family photo. The room was clean and comfortable. Although there were not too many breakfast items, they had everything they should have. The location of the hotel is also great. It's just across the street from the Taoxichuan Park, so you can go there every night. There happened to be a market on the second night, so I went shopping and had a blast. Several popular restaurants are in the park, all very close (but if you go too late, you can't get a number). Becky at the front desk was also very considerate. She took the initiative to introduce travel tips. If you have any questions, you can consult and help us solve them at any time. I will probably choose this place again next time I come.
