The overall stay experience was great! Here I would like to express my special thanks to Vivienne, the Hotel staff, for her professional explanation of the Hotel tour. She not only introduced the overall design of the hotel but also explained the knowledge of ceramics. She was very meticulous and patient in the whole process, and also gave me and my family four exquisite ceramic bracelets, which brought me a unique hotel accommodation experience. We recommend you to experience the Hotel tour project and praise the hotel service!!!

This is my second time staying at Hyatt Place. I still like the appearance of the hotel. The service is thoughtful and the food is rich. I like the cooperation between the architect and the landscape designer to create a peaceful and far-reaching atmosphere.

I took my kids to Jingdezhen for a three-day and two-night trip. I chose the Hyatt Place recommended by a colleague. It is very suitable for family travel. I was given a travel photo shoot as a gift. I took this year's family photo. The room was clean and comfortable. Although there were not too many breakfast items, they had everything they should have. The location of the hotel is also great. It's just across the street from the Taoxichuan Park, so you can go there every night. There happened to be a market on the second night, so I went shopping and had a blast. Several popular restaurants are in the park, all very close (but if you go too late, you can't get a number). Becky at the front desk was also very considerate. She took the initiative to introduce travel tips. If you have any questions, you can consult and help us solve them at any time. I will probably choose this place again next time I come.

A pleasant trip during the Spring Festival. The hotel is very close to Taoxichuan, just across the road, and it is very convenient to go shopping. The hotel is very artistic. During the day, sunlight shines through the gaps in the brick walls into the corridors of each room. The light and shadow effects are beautiful. The service was impeccable. Before we set off, our housekeeper Becky added me on WeChat and sent me tips on transportation, food, and shopping. There was some noise from the road at the balcony door of the room at night. After I told the housekeeper, he immediately arranged for sound insulation. Hyatt's service is really good

I was lucky enough to stay at the Hyatt Place Hotel during this trip. Because I was not sure about their corner room environment when I booked online, I took a taxi to the hotel to check out the room and then booked a stay in this hotel. I was attracted by the contemporary design and it was very It's bright and spacious, especially Liz who helped us check in at the front desk. She was very warm and courteous. Since there were three of us staying, she also upgraded us to a twin corner room with a sofa bed, which was just right for the three of us. She also gave us free fruits and drinks. The breakfast at the hotel was special. Plenty to choose from. The hotel is centrally located and convenient for travel. There are many check-in points around, so you don’t have to worry about food. There are snack bars and quality cafes everywhere. You don’t need to take a taxi to get there. There is also a market on Fridays and Saturdays. It was very lively and made us return home satisfied with this trip!

When booking a hotel, I hesitated between Jiaxuan and Hyatt Select. In the end, I chose Jiaxuan because it has a sofa bed and is suitable for family vacations. The hotel lobby is very warm and has a sense of design. There is delicious black tea. After I went there, I passed by the lobby of Select. It was a bit dark. I personally prefer Jiaxuan. I won’t mention the convenient location. Taoxichuan is across the street. The car can be parked in the hotel’s underground garage, and there is no need to look for a garage everywhere. The standard of the New Year’s Eve dinner needs to be improved. But if you come to Jingdezhen for the first time, you will definitely not go wrong if you choose this place.

It was our first time to come to Jingdezhen. The reception staff introduced the hotel very politely and thoughtfully, and helped us upgrade to the selected one. It is a very well-designed building with perfect details and exquisite decoration. The color saturation of emerald, cobalt blue, brick red and black is excellent. Amazing people. After three nights of stay, the overall experience was very good, the interior facilities and comfort of the room were very good, and the service staff I met were also very professional, enthusiastic and friendly. Before the Chinese New Year, I went to Jingdezhen with my wife for two days. I booked Hyatt when I saw it. It is always a familiar brand that I will stay in, and there will be no problems. Basically, I have to go out and look around, so there is no need to stay in the next door. I felt it was pretty good. The building has characteristics and the service is OK. Until I used the bathroom. My first reaction was that the floor tiles were a bit old and the cleaning might not be very careful. Many pieces of the floor were obviously black. I thought, forget it, and hurried to put down my luggage and go out to play. When I came back to take a shower at night, I felt that the shower door was not sealed and the water would overflow. I washed quickly on the first night, so the overflow was okay. The second night! The weather was cold and I wanted to take a shower for a while, but the sewer in the shower was blocked, and people were completely stepped in the water! As soon as I opened the door, half of the bathroom was soaked in water. I didn't expect that I could stay in a room with a blocked sewer and "dry and wet not separated" in Hyatt hotels. At this time, I understood why there were traces of water on the wood of the bathroom door. I thought it was over, and the stopper of the washbasin could not be pulled open, and the basin of water did not go down until I checked out. In addition, the breakfast is really not good! The bun skin is very thick, the first day's noodles were cooked well, but the second day's noodles were not cooked through and were hard. The coffee is really awful... I'm not saying that it's measured by the standard of normal coffee, the coffee in the restaurant is so bitter that it tastes like grounds. If you must stay here, don't pay extra for breakfast like I did. Jingdezhen is pretty good, pretty beautiful, and the food outside is pretty good. This Hyatt Place really doesn't deserve to be called Hyatt.
