Fantastic hotel and an outstanding location. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, amazing sea views, close to many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. As well as within walking distance to the tram station. The service in this hotel is really phenomenal, staff are very friendly, helpful and always smiling. I stayed there with my 16 year old son during a business trip and this hotel really is outstanding. Will definitely be coming back again.

I would’ve ideally rated this hotel 4/5. Room is spacious and staff are very friendly but parking is horrendous, it’s a nightmare really. There are possibly 20 parking spots in total in basement and around 10 outdoors (uncovered). 50% of both are reserved. People are parked randomly in the middle of the way because there’s no other option. This is a joke to be honest. Also i dont see how a 4 star hotel doesnt have sauna and steam. I really think management need to do something about these 2 points.

Замечательный отель. Понравился номер с террасой и видом на море, понравилась еда ( были в нескольких ресторанах комплекса), ребёнку понравилась детская игровая комната и Splash парк. Море, пляж, бассейны потрясающие. Понравилось очень, обязательно вернёмся снова

I had bad experience at first for the old rooms given to me. But luckily I got newer rooms with good view.

Everything else was good, except that the room was a bit too big and too empty, making it difficult to sleep. Maybe a little bit for those who like to live in larger rooms. Breakfast is a bit shabby, basically heavy on sweets. It feels not as high as the standard of Express Hotel Rove

On arrival there was a hand written card personally addressed to me by the GM, That was a super touch.. The property was just what I was looking for to take a quick break. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. It is highly recommended for families with small children as there is a lot activity to keep little ones busy. The food was good and priced very reasonably. Loved the place and definitely on my list for another visit. May be when the climate is cooler.
