I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel in Dubai Production City, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and exceptional customer service made for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The location is convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away. While it's true that there isn't a metro stop nearby, the bus connects easily to the metro, making it simple to explore the city.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Dubai. The staff's warm hospitality and the hotel's amenities make it an excellent choice. Just be aware of the metro situation, but trust me, it's not a deal-breaker!

I stayed at this hotel, and it was well-organized. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was helpful, addressing all my queries. Particularly, the reception staff and a maid named Imane were very kind and helpful. Thank you for your assistance.

The continental breakfast ham and lettuce are delicious, and the fruits are also very fresh, much better than those bought at Carrefour. The room service is very complete and has a separate washing machine and kitchen. Itโs also very convenient to cook your own meals. The service staff are very friendly. Blanc from Mexico City is very friendly ๐. I believe you can have a very pleasant life here.
The room was also very clean.
Highly recommended to stay.

The hotel location is nice. I just stayed for the night. However, there are two buildings. You have to go in the other side to get your key card then walk all the way to the other building to get to your room, which in my opinion is inconvenient. There is a reception desk on the other building but there were no receptionist.

This apartment hotel does not have a physical room card, and you must download its APP to open the door (and there is no reminder in the booking information, which feels like a pitfall!), which brings trouble to customers and a very bad experience! ๐ก
I generally do not give negative reviews, but I really do not recommend booking this apartment, and when encountering such a problem, Ctrip came forward to negotiate and it did not refund the money. (It is okay not to refund on the first day, but it is wrong not to refund on the rest!)
Ctrip handled it promptly and in place, and I have to give it three thumbs up! ๐๐๐
