The hotel location is nice. I just stayed for the night. However, there are two buildings. You have to go in the other side to get your key card then walk all the way to the other building to get to your room, which in my opinion is inconvenient. There is a reception desk on the other building but there were no receptionist.

It was an apart hotel with a good location. There was enough parking and it was easy to order food from online and there's no need to go down as they allow them to deliver right at the door which for me was good. The door can be opened using the Vertical hotel app and it was convenient. There were kitchen amenities and laundry facilities. It is ideal for long term travelers.

During our four-month stay at Element/Aloft Me'aisem - Production City in Dubai, we were deeply impressed by the unwavering dedication of the hospitality and cleaning teams. Their hard work and commitment to providing excellent customer service left us truly grateful. In particular, we'd like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Renju, Ashiov, and Mubarak, who tirelessly managed the kitchen and breakfast area. Every morning, they orchestrated a seamless and efficient breakfast service, attending to everyone's needs, even during the busiest hours. Their dedication did not go unnoticed. Throughout our stay, we also had the pleasure of interacting with the hospitable staff members Amail, Yeemon, George, and Marie. Their exceptional customer service skills made our time at Element Me'aisem a memorable and enjoyable experience. Their warm and welcoming attitude was a testament to their commitment to guest satisfaction. A special mention goes to Sam, who not only worked diligently at both the Aloft and Element hotels but also went above and beyond to assist us. His genuine willingness to understand and fulfil our needs and requests made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Sam's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was truly commendable and we felt that this was overlooked by management. In conclusion, our stay at Element Me'aisem - Production City was made exceptional by the hardworking and caring individuals who form the backbone of this establishment. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the staff members for their outstanding service and for making our extended stay in Dubai a truly memorable one.

This was our fourth visit in a year. We find this hotel has excellent facilities, Clean and tidy rooms, very good gym and 2 pools in addition a splash pool for younger members We had excellent service from all members of staff who are extremely helpful , kind and friendly. In particular in the Novotel Mamun, Anwar, Kyaw, Wil Jun, Novi, Nathan and Zayar also Saqib and Ahmed in the Movenpick. They all went out of their way to ensure all our visits were most enjoyable. Being twinned with the Movenpick means you can enjoy the facilities in both hotels if you wish. Both restaurants offer a good selection of foods at all meal times. We very much look forward to our next visit. A big thank you for the courtesy extended to us at all times. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, ideal for couples and families alike.
