I stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai for 2 nights from 3–5 June. There was a small issue with my booking at the start, which came from my booking agent and not the hotel. While it took some time to resolve, the hotel kindly offered a drinks voucher at the Level 2 restaurant during the wait, which was a thoughtful gesture. The front desk staff were very friendly, especially Rubab, who was kind, accommodating, and supportive throughout my stay. I also truly appreciated the complimentary upgrade from a Premium King Studio to a One-Bedroom Premium King with a fountain and Burj Khalifa view. The room is spacious with an amazing view — I couldn’t ask for more and honestly didn’t feel like leaving it, haha. The hotel is in a great location, about a 10–15 minute walk to both Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar. Overall, the hospitality was excellent and made my stay very comfortable. I would happily return.

The hotel's location is fantastic; you don't even have to go outside. There's a direct, seamless connection to Dubai Mall. Being a new hotel, the facilities are also excellent, with refreshing air conditioning perfect for a desert city. The service is very attentive, and the breakfast is delicious. If you booked through Trip.com, there are separate meal options available that you can order without extra charge. The swimming pool and gym are fully equipped. I highly recommend staying here! The only minor drawback is that the room is a bit small, but it's not a major issue since it's just a bed for sleeping, and more importantly, it directly faces the Burj Khalifa! Also, there's a 15 AED tourist tax per room.

Really great hotel! The grounds are right by the Dubai Mall, within walking distance. The staff (administration) were excellent, and it was always clean and tidy everywhere.

Excellent apartments. Within walking distance from Burj Khalifa with a view of it (there is a good view from the pool for those who do not have a balcony). There is a grocery store nearby - you can buy food and cook. There is a kitchen - a stove, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, baking tray, saucepan, frying pan, forks, spoons, plates, spatulas - in general, everything is there. Even washing powder, a sponge and dishwasher detergent. Just super convenient and thoughtful. Quick check-in and check-out. I recommend - everything is ready for living, you do not need to think about anything. The pool is warm, outdoor.

The hotel's location is great. It's a six or seven-minute walk to the Fountain Square, and the pool also directly faces the Burj Khalifa. However, I really can't stay in rooms with tile floors and only a rug under the bed anymore. The connection between the carpet and the tiles was too dirty. Also, are the EDITION towels inherited from some budget hotel? They're short-piled and stiff.

The location is perfect, and Haroon is a very professional and friendly manager! We stayed here for a week, and he took great care of us, even adjusting the cleaning times to our time zone.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The location is perfect, with everything I needed nearby. The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, polite, and ready to help with any request. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

The staff are helpful. The service that I received from the hotel is great. The location is average to me. It takes at least 20 minutes to walk to the metro station, which, compared to my previous travel to other countries, it is not as convenient. However, compared to other hotels with this price in this area, this hotel provided a walkable distance to the metro station. About 5 minutes walk, you can see the Burj Khalifa. If you are travelling around Dubai, this location is fine. The hotel stated open in 2024, however, this is because they have been sold by the previous owner in 2024, so to be honest, the design of the room and the amenities is not as good status as I thought. The bathtub area is opened, which may not be a good choice for someone who needs more privacy. There is only one socket next to the bed, which may not as convenient.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is excellent, really close to Dubai Mall. The only downside is the traffic during peak hours, but otherwise, it's perfect. The views and scenery are incredible, very Dubai-esque. The hotel environment is super comfortable! The rooms are clean, and the service is great. The front desk staff are all very nice. There are also excellent restaurants and a fantastic pool inside the hotel. All in all, I really love this place. Highly recommended! Thumbs up~

The hotel is very close to Dubai Mall entrance via Chinatown Dubai Mall, just between Vida Mall and Address Residences. The good thing is we avoid Downtown Dubai traffic when we travel to other Dubai attractions while staying close to Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa. Hotel cleanliness is superb, staff is helpful, 2 bedroom apartment we stay is fully furnished with all utensils and kitchenette are fully working. Special commendation to Madhuri who is very pleasant to us. Thank you for everything. Recommended hotel to stay in Downtown Dubai.
