This branch of Rove is really superb! Everything is here, and the location is amazing. It was our first time visiting this branch, and I can honestly say we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was so good, with a wide variety of choices that we really enjoyed. The only disappointing part of our visit was the service from one staff member, Ryan. We asked him about our order, including the pancakes, but they never arrived even though we were almost finished eating. My boyfriend eventually asked another staff member, who served the pancakes right away. I understand that everyone can have a busy day, but it felt like Ryan was more attentive to some guests than others. I hope every customer is treated equally, as everyone is paying for the same service and deserves the same level of attention. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and this one experience won't stop us from coming back. Everything else—from the location to the food and the rest of the staff—was excellent. I just hope this feedback helps improve the service experience for future guests.

Very nice stay, currently the breakfast is not as great as usual due to renovation on the breakfast area. Staff always helpful and I will be back.

It was a great stay, specially with my family and very happy to see nearby locations such as Al baik and many fast food chains even the ghazal mall is on walking distance.

Thanks to Binita for her kind notes and towel sculptures after cleaning the room; it was a real pleasure to discover a new sculpture every day. The breakfast was very good with staff who were incredibly attentive to their guests. The pool was very pleasant, and what a beautiful view of the Burj Al Arab from the hotel—a true delight. The hotel is close to Kite Beach and Mall of the Emirates. A very good hotel overall.

The hotel is located in Dubai's business district, not far from Dubai Marina. There's a supermarket and a metro station right next to it, plus restaurants downstairs. It's very convenient for business trips, and the breakfast is decent.

Located next to City Walk, it offers convenient access to restaurants and shopping. Green Planet is a great playground for children and is within walking distance. For breakfast, you can choose from two carefully prepared meals, and the yogurt is quite good.

The hotel is well-located and clean, and the rooftop pool with its view of the Burj Al Arab is absolutely fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly; truly, everything was perfect. The only downside was the breakfast: limited choices and the same every day. That's the only negative point about this hotel.

I honestly don't understand how this hotel is rated as a 5-star property. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. The biggest issue was the food. We paid for Full Board, and it was a complete waste of money. The lunch and dinner menus were literally identical for five consecutive days. Not only did they never change from one day to the next, but lunch and dinner often served the exact same dishes as well. There was absolutely no variety and no real choice. Eating the same food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a 5-star one. The swimming pool was another disappointment. The pool tiles were covered with algae and mold, making the entire area look dirty and poorly maintained. It clearly needs proper deep cleaning and regular disinfection. The hotel's location is quite isolated, which wouldn't be such a problem if they provided a shuttle service. Surprisingly, they don't even offer a shuttle to Dubai Mall or the nearest metro station. As a result, you're forced to rely on taxis everywhere, which adds a significant extra cost to your stay. The rooms were clean, but housekeeping was inconsistent. We repeatedly had to ask personnel just to get basic toiletries replenished. In a 5-star hotel, guests should never have to ask for essentials. The only reason I'm not giving an even harsher review is because the staff were genuinely kind, polite, and always willing to help. Also, having complimentary access to the neighboring hotel's beach club was definitely a nice bonus. Unfortunately, those are the only positives I can mention. Everything else—from the food and lack of variety to the poor maintenance and missing basic guest services—fell far below the standards of a 5-star hotel. I would never book the Full Board option again, and I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true 5-star experience.

Good afternoon everyone! We booked the hotel in February 2026. This wasn't our first time staying at this hotel, so we knew where we were going. We had breakfast included, no dinner, and it was plenty. When we arrived, we were told there were no twin beds, so they offered us a king-size bed. We didn't object, as we weren't allowed to choose when booking. Before check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100 dirhams. The room was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfasts were tasty but repetitive, but sufficient. We enjoyed everything throughout the week and were left with a positive impression. The hotel also has a pool, hammam, and sauna, which was a plus. The sea is a 15-minute walk away, and the Burj Khalifa is a 40-50-minute walk away. The area is nice, but a bit old. We are happy with everything. Thank you, hotel!

We had a truly wonderful experience at the Grand Plaza Mövenpick Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return in the future. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained — housekeeping took care of everything daily, so we always came back to a fresh and tidy space. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic: there was a wide variety to choose from, everything was fresh, and the flavors were delicious. Every morning offered something new, and the quality of the food was consistently excellent. The entire hotel has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept, which really made us feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The swimming pool is lovely and well-maintained, providing the perfect spot to cool off and unwind during the day. Another big plus is that the beach is just a short ride away — only about 10 minutes by taxi — so it was very easy to enjoy both the city and some relaxing time by the sea. Overall, the hotel exceeded all our expectations. We can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to enjoy their vacation.
