I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. From the reception team to those assisting with the elevators, everyone was incredibly helpful. I also had a delightful conversation with the Filipino staff, which added a personal touch to my visit. The breakfast offered was not as extensive as anticipated, but it was still enjoyable and of good quality! And the handcrafted coffee, it was a real treat compared to the usual machine-dispensed options—100/10! While it took a little time for the water to warm up in the bathrooms, the room itself was fantastic—definitely a 10/10. Balconies are locked by default for safety, but you can ask the hotel to make it available for you. Only 4-5 mins walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family! Gym, pool, and sauna are available.

It was my second time staying at this hotel and my it felt wonderful both times. The location of the hotel is probably one of the best in Dubai. The front desk helped me with all my requests. The views are incredible too.

Super hotel! Breakfasts are excellent, the staff is very professional and polite. The location is top. The views from the room are breathtaking! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances, and we will return there ourselves.

Very good hotel apartment, the room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is also very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully functional. The hotel front desk, lobby and room service are very thoughtful and warm, as if these are the brand image of Southeast Asian hotels. The location is in the business center, which is relatively convenient for travel in crowded Jakarta. The 2nd floor is directly connected to Lotte, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel is also good value for money, I will come again next time

Great location, the way to the beach was as short as possible (considering the heat, this is a plus). There is no private beach, but at the exit they offer beach towels, umbrellas, and a beach set. The pool is small - but there is always space. The last few days the sea was not calm - so relaxing in the pool is the way to go. We took a half board :) I think it is optimal despite the abundance of restaurants nearby. A variety of cuisines, Brazilian, Australian, a pub with burgers. We liked it. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. There was a compliment upon check-in and a compliment in the room for my birthday. Upon arrival, we got Kamil (Russian-speaking), we read about him in the reviews. Thank you very much! He helped with all issues, Initially there was a second floor with a view of the Marina, we asked to change higher - they met us halfway, but the view on the 12th floor turned out to be on the beach, also not bad, but if it was on the Marina, it would be much cooler. The staff is friendly, trying to help with everything and make the holiday unforgettable.

The price/performance ratio of the hotel is average, much more expensive than the average five-star hotel, and the location is slightly better!
