Very like this hotel, miss it every time while leaving🥲 It's like our second home♥️ All stuff know us and always very friendly. The sad thing is that now close to the hotel a building construction is in whole progress...that's why sometimes it's very noisily in the morning and one night I was woken up by them also😡 Very disappointed with it.. But any way, will always choose this hotel for staying 😍

The location is very good, just few minutes to the metro station Business Bay. Walk around 15 minutes can reach many restaurants including 24hours KFC and McDonald's. The room is very large, have washing machine and refrigerator, toaster, microwave with oven. But the washroom is quite old and need to refurbishment.

Be careful while asking a taxi from reception, receptionists arrange private carriers which costs double for you.

This hotel offers unbelievably good value for money. It's not too far from the metro station, and there's a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. Overall, it's one of the best hotels you can find for the price.

# Rude restaurant owner/manager All of this hotel is amazing. The service, the hotel manager and the location and the facilities. Me and my friends love this place and enjoyed the time there❤️ ＜Except the restaurant owner/manager ＞ He provided breakfast at a price higher than the official website price, and he also refused to acknowledge the price on the flyer posted on site. He rudely and unreasonably asked us to pay the price he said, and ridiculously tore off the advertising leaflets on the scene. He said pay my price or leave. This is really low-level and shameful behavior. ＜Except the restaurant owner/manager ＞

As I know, it was nice view from the apartment and was spacious, It was booked for my parents, they stayed there and liked the place.

The concierge and team are more interested in forcing the guests to use hotel taxi. They do not book govt taxis for guests

Well the TV is not smart TV its a bit dissapointed. We booked to get chilled and watch some netflix but TV is old style that the engineer said not applicable for IOS which impossible. No youtube or any entertainment apps on TV.

General manager, Reception, security, chef, hotel taxi, restaurant manager and staff were all exemplary! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment good enough to fit me and my luggages.. got a huge kitchen, dining table, recieving area which is not nevcessary for me as a solo traveller😅 people from the breakfast area are very nice and accomodating! the general manager for the breakfast area, i forgot how he is called for his position, meet, great and welcome all the guest each table and is be welcoming... i hope if i ever come back, he will is still working there, it's very nice to feel a warm welcome. all the rest of the people are very welcoming speciallt the few filipino who works there..

The hotel was ideally located near the metro station. There were 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy and a bank nearby. The apartment was quite spacious. The breakfast buffet did not have really much option but the food was good and the service was impeccable. Always opt for a city view room so that burj khalifa can be seen from the room balcony.

Very large full service apartment with 40 feet balcony. Huge rooms, 2 bathrooms, nicely furnished. Clean. Metro is 5 minute walk. Several supermarkets around. Butj Khalifa and the Dubai mall 20 minute walk. Great stay overall
