The staff were very helpful. They had a self self desk for bags but they still helped us. They even ordered us a taxi to out next destination.

There is no door step services allow for any thing Example for food delivery etc

The room is clean and good but for slipper and dental kit they ask extra cost. Already we paid enough money for the room this not good asking money for this kind of stuff

Our LCD was broken during our stay, but the hotel charged us 1775, which was more than half the trip's total payment. We left one day earlier, but we didn’t receive any refund. If we get such service from your app, then next time we will never recommend it to anyone. Kindly do something."

The location is spot on! 5 mins walk from the Gold souk, and there are a lot of gold shops around the hotel too. The hotel is cheap so, can't expect the amenities and other facilities to be like 5 or 4 star.
