Checked in on 14th midnight. The desk clerk was rude and so unprofessional. I asked what time is breakfast and that i would like to pay for it, he said i better eat out because it is only complimentary with booking.it was very rude said. While i check on website it is possible to pay on spot. Rooms are spacious. Washing machine is useful Shower is good. But everything is TOOO DIRTY. Many hairs on the carpet. Dust everywhere. Visible dirt.

Bad service they doesn’t know what hospitality means I went up to the room there was one towel in bathroom and it was used and dirty , i complained about it they didn’t even apologize, then it took them more than 30mnts to bring the new towels I don’t recommend this hotel at all

Deira Old Town, very close to Golden Souk, subway and bus are very convenient. The waiters are mostly Indian, so you can imagine the hygiene level, but their attitude is quite good, maybe because I gave a little tip.
