It was a very good experience overall. However the walls were really thin and we could hear the TV from another room. They had the TV going on late into the night and started really early in the morning. So that was the low light of the trip. Otherwise there are shuttle buses from the hotel to many malls and the beach. It's really convenient There's also a little bar for quick snacks to go, which is handy to have.

Overall, a good experience for a layover in Dubai. The hotel is decent and affordable, with a convenient free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes. There were a few small issues: the staff promised a toothbrush but didn’t provide it, and there were no clear instructions on how to get the shuttle, which made it hard to find. Also, the blanket had a small spot on it. Despite these minor inconveniences, it’s a solid choice for a short stay.

The hotel location is opposite to the airport terminal 3 very nice view but problem staff is less not on time service also shower is leaking then change the room

We had a wonderful short stay during our transit flight. The customer service and receptionist were warm and helpful. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, which made our travel very convenient. Additionally, the complimentary shuttle to a few shopping malls was a great bonus, allowing us to shop easily without hassle. The breakfast food is quite good. Ibrahim, the restaurant server, and the other lady cleaned our table promptly once our plates were empty. Overall, a fantastic option for transit travelers.

Decent hotel, very near airport. Has all the basics covered. Shower a bit slow with no water pressure. Breakfast is basic but covers what you need.

Not 5star hotel as I imagine it to be. All essential stuff like shampoo/soap are not provided by the hotel. Room service are very slow. We dont have pic for the room. Hope the hotel will improve their service to be a real 5star hotel

They dont have toothbrush in toilet make sure you ask for It,but the breakfast was awesome

Provided shuttle service from and to airport. Okay for a short stay. Room is not clean. Poor shower water splashed out all over.Couldnt get in the room as my room key not worked.

Pre notice were given to hotel for late check in due to my flight schedule , however , I was told to wait rooms due to clean room available at midnight 2am...I need to wait more than 30 mins to get my room. When I get into room, I noticed alot of "fry" in my room disturb my sleep, since aldy midnight and exhausted plus I need to out in early morning for my works...I didn't bother to change room since I don't think they have rooms available. I also notice , the fry also appear in lift lobby and my floor corridor.... It's so disappointing this stay . When I check out , I told this to reception staff , they gave me responses was not care about it .

Lack of amenities bu everything else was good. Probably the best breakfast spread I ever had during my trip. Recommended!

This hotel is good for a short overnight stay while waiting for airport connection. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel at 10 min past every half-hour and its a 15-min bus ride. Its a no-frills hotel, rather basic. The walls are rather thin and we didn't get a proper rest as we unfortunate had a bunch of teens checking in at 1 am and they were loud. You can hear door slamming along the corridor in the middle of the night. Not a pleasant stay. The breakfast was reasonable but do not expect quality, just good enough to fill your stomach before you catch your connecting flight. You can leave the hotel about 1.5h before your flight takes off.
