The continental breakfast ham and lettuce are delicious, and the fruits are also very fresh, much better than those bought at Carrefour. The room service is very complete and has a separate washing machine and kitchen. It’s also very convenient to cook your own meals. The service staff are very friendly. Blanc from Mexico City is very friendly 😉. I believe you can have a very pleasant life here. The room was also very clean. Highly recommended to stay.

Near to airport, just 10 mins drive. Service very good, free shuttle to Dubai Mall but it would be good if the frequency is improved. Room very clean, breakfast tasty with lots of choice. Metro station is 5-min away on foot. Overall good value for money

The experience was not good and I will not come again. There is nothing wrong with the hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. However, some hotel employees have bad attitudes. A small number of hotel employees colluded with the thieves group and specially arranged the thieves groups near the customer's room. There is major construction on the street in front of the hotel!

The front desk of the hotel was very friendly and helped with flight check-in. Because I had a flight in the morning, I couldn't make it in time for breakfast and I helped pack breakfast. The service was very good. There is also an airport drop-off service.
