DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels in Dubai

Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Houskeeping could maybe a Bit better organisier as the room room service was always on a different time of the day. Most anoying are the mass of people at bfst. The buffet always looked like a bomb just exbloded. Henne, I would not recommend to book bfst, at least not if you are looking for a nice quite place to kick of the day.

My booking included bathtub, but provided me without. But this issue was resolved after my complaint.

Great stay at the DoubleTree Al Jadaf. Started as a one week business trip over the holidays and ended up extending to over 3 weeks. Across the board, a very good experience. Everyone at reception is fry and helpful, the breakfast is quite good and the people there are all wonderful. Room itself it very clean and comfortable, with awesome team doing the daily housekeeping. Went to the in hotel Pub style restaurant, decent menu and reasonable prices. Free laundry machines on site, and most needs easy to address locally or nearby. Easy walk to metro. Will certainly return to here.

Well, the hotel was booked as a great location with a pool next to the beach line and easy access to cafes/restaurants nearby. The provided superior room with two bedrooms and a kitchen, according to the hotel's plan, was supposed to compensate for the fact that the pool and fitness room did not work during the stay and until the end of September (another month). But this spacious room hardly outweighed the lack of the mentioned things, which, by the way, was not reflected on the website when booking. Breakfast at the hotel is five stars, the restaurant management is as helpful as possible. The room, in fact, instead of city wiev has a view of the Dubai industrial area (photo), the hotel was cunning, providing such general information. But since the weather was hot, sitting on the balcony was out of the question and I did not ask for a change of room. By the way, at first they tried to give us accommodation on the 10th floor with a similar view, but the room had a strong smell from chemicals. carpet treatment products, and changed it to the 18th floor. The second, tall Hilton tower is not a hotel, but private apartments, so you should not count on it. There was a Candy washing machine in the room, but it immediately gave an error after starting.
