The hotel location was the best, located in the center square of Dresden's old town. The interior, furniture, and kitchenware were very well organized. The staff responded quickly and appropriately to various requests and inquiries.

What everyone says here is true. Location and view really unbeatable. It’s clean and there’s a kitchen and laundry. No freezer compartment. Decor is spartan but the beds are very comfortable. Some practical comments. Room cleaning and towels were billed extra. No bottled was or free coffee. They use old school room keys, big and heavy and meant to be left at reception which is only open until 1900. Impractical for more than two people. Wifi is poor. Parking was okay but a bit complicated. There’s a small grocery - Konsum - right next door along with dozens of patios and restos.

Rooms need updating, no coffee, tea or bottled water provided as other apartment hotels in Germany. Wifi extremely spotty, needed to get a gigacube which was supplied by management, Though washing machine is provided it’s very difficult to interpret especially if you don’t know German.

Very comfortable apartment (room number 5.16) with separate bedroom (with door), kitchen,bathroom and living-room(with door) with double sleeping-sofa right on the cosiest,most beautiful historic marketplace with a view of the Frauenkirche (from the living-room). 2 TVs with a lot of different channels, a tuner,water cooker... Copious and delicious breakfast buffet in the beautiful hotel Suitess just round the corner .Friendly, helpful staff at both the Apartmenthotels (round the other corner) and Suitess receptions . Comfortabel appartement (nummer 5.16) met separate slaapkamer,keukentje,badkamer en grote woonkamer met een uitklapbare sofa tot dubbel bed. Gelegen op de mooiste, gezelligste marktplaats vlak tegenover de Frauenkirche (zicht vanuit de woonkamer). Twee TV's met heel wat channels, een tuner, leesboeken,...Ontbijtbuffet in mooie hotel Suitess om de hoek: zeer ruime keuze en lekker. Vriendelijk , personeel , zowel in hotel Suitess als in de eigen receptie (om de andere hoek) Minpunten · Because of construction works facing the hotel at the back (bed room) it can be a bit noisy starting early round 7.30 am. Some light peeping through at the sides of the curtains.So, take your ear-plugs and sleep mask if you're a light sleeper. Towel change (and cleaning) only once a week (on Wednesday in a stay from Sunday to Sunday) A big dressing mirror would be handy.Only 1 wardrobe for the whole apartment could be little for a family. Bouwwerken tegenover het hotel aan de achterkant (slaapkamerzijde) starten al rond 7.30 en er komt wat licht door aan de zijkanten van de gordijnen.Dus voor lichte slapers: neem je oordopjes en slaapmasker mee. De handdoeken werden gedurende ons verblijf van 1 week slechts éénmaal gewisseld (en het was warm weer!).Er ontbrak een grotere kledingspiegelSlechts 1 kleerkastje voor het hele apartement.

It's an apartment building. The office is just around the corner. I'm not sure they have 24-hour service. The service was always excellent, and the apartment was huge, very well located, no need for transportation to get around, and it was extremely well-equipped. The photo they posted of the church is literally what you can see from the dining room window. Although checkout was at 11:00 a.m., we were able to leave our luggage there free of charge until our departure. If I were to return to Dresden, I would choose the same accommodations.
