Best Western Premier Dover Marina Hotel & Spa Reviews

This is an old building near the waterfront. The sounds of seagulls can be heard outside; great atmosphere!   The building itself has kind of claustrophobic feel to it. It has small rooms, low ceilings, narrow, winding stairways, and sloping floors. If open and airy is your preference, this is the wrong place.  But the staff are very capable and friendly. It’s a short walk from both the ferry port and the train station. Hope to visit again.

Had a good stay at this property. Building looked historic but inside the rooms, the renovation and equipment were modern and clean. I stayed at room 15, which was one of the smaller rooms and found it to be a bit of a squeeze. Having stayed at so many properties that required £10 to £15 parking fee a night, I really appreciated that there is free street parking right in front of the property until 8am, or off-site parking (which isn’t too far away) till 11:30am.

This is my 2nd time to stay at Best Western Hotel Premier Dover Marina Hotel & Spa. We had the family room overlooking the Dover beach. It's spacious and felt luxurious with the pristine bathroom and comfortable beds with generous amount of pillows provided for each guests. We booked an evening massage and we all had a relaxing experience and it was worth every penny. We were given a discount for the treatment which was a cherry in top.

Good nice

Pleased with our stay, room was small but cute and recently renovated. Bed was comfy, everything clean, tasty tea, little fridge, wonderful sea view, amazing location, all the amenities needed (except for shower cap). Water pressure was good, just shower in our room was not for tall people. Getting to the room without lift is a disaster, you need to find your ways and not to get lost. Lift is often busy so it’s quite problematic to come to your room and back quickly. Parking was free and convenient. Would surely come back)

I love the style of the room. Nice view of the beach. Only drawback is the lift being super-slow.

Good location

Great location. Very nice staff. Nice facilities. Great parking. Support Dover to became again nice see town.

The room was not cleaned so we went downstairs to change another room. However the new room doesn’t have sea view which we have paid for. But it was really late and we were very tired. And we really can’t bother going downstairs to complain again. It was quite noisy with some machine sound. So I didn’t have a good night there. The location is good and check in and out process was smooth. Overall it is not pleasant and I will not stay there again

Staff are kind and helpful. Hotel has great view and location but lift is very small

Location was excellent, spa was good as well. The only one thing that I am with concern was the door was without a chainlock and someone did tried to enter my door three times at mid-night, he scanned a wrong card on my door's sensor. Except this, everything is good.

This hotel was perfectly situated by the marina and within walking distance to the white cliffs. The room itself was huge, including the bathroom. I ate lunch at the restaurant downstairs, and it was really good. I would recommend a reservation though.

We stayed for one night before a cruise from Dover. The reception were very helpful. Excellent service from a young man call Hichman. I needed some paper work printing off and couldn’t get it to send by email so they allowed me to use their computer to access the site for my paperwork and they didn’t charge me for the service. Restaurant staff were super helpful when we went for dinner and hadn’t reserved a table. Food was great. The breakfast was lovely and a fair choice. Would definitely stay there again.
