Very cheap service even they did not provide us water for drinking.

I like the hotel . The location is nearby to the station and Dortmund shopping centre. Clean room.

This was good hotel expirience

Everything was good

For the price, I don't expect gold taps. But the fact that there is no hand soap and the shower gel is left on the floor of the shower when you arrive is unacceptable. The shabby shower head was particularly annoying. It had an unhealthy brown color and didn't work properly. The problems were reported to the staff but they didn't fix it the next day despite promises. The hotel feels like a warehouse. Shortly after entering the hotel, you walk past chairs and mattresses. Some of the carpets are worn down to the floor. The hotel is in a very central location. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is reasonable for the price. Due to the condition of the bathroom, I won't be coming back and can't recommend the hotel to anyone. I can get more hygiene and comfort at the next hostel for half the price.

The sanitation is OK, it has a retro style, the service is OK, and it is very convenient to the train station, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Please note that the latest check-out time is 11:00

It was okay, I had a room with 4 beds...but the bathroom wasn't really my thing

The room is huge! Double bed room, there is a small walkway in the room, the toilet and bathtub are very clean, the hot water is super fast, you can take a bath.

The service was good but the hotel was in the middle of renovation. The curtains were dirty and the floor was also something to look out for. Kind regards

I had a comfortable stay in a single room. It was more than worth the price. There are restaurants nearby, as well as McDonald's, KFC, and Burger King, so you can get a cheap meal.
