Excellent city hotel in perfect proximity to the city center, the train station and the German Football Museum! Beautiful, comfortably furnished lobby and bar. Exceptional, wonderful, varied breakfast until 12:00 p.m.! Everything your heart desires is available here! Very friendly, helpful staff. Very nice, clean and well-equipped rooms. Absolutely a feel-good hotel. We can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience and were able to spend a wonderful weekend in Dortmund here as a family (2 adults + 1 child)! We would love to come back. Keep it up!

Dear readers, as unsatisfactory guest, I would like to share my experience in this hotel. First of all, I must say that the central location of the hotel is positive. I also liked the impressive hall of red marble in the eastern style. My room on the 5th floor was pleasantly large and offered a good view of the city. Unfortunately, this is the hotel at the crossing of two main roads. This means that the traffic around the clock is very strong and especially at night when the Poser scene tries her PS-stark cars, I was always wake up at night. Also the equipment is simple and has come into the years. The garden fell to me immediately when hearing, because the holder was defect and it was no longer fitted. The very bright room was also a big problem because I could hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast was a great disappointment, as low-quality goods were used, the cheapest available on the market. All in all, this was the last time I stayed in this hotel. On the second day I went to a bakery in the morning. Unfortunately, I can't make a recommendation for this hotel and advise potential guests to look after a better option. Outstanding hotel! Exceptionally clean. Great service. Friendly staff. Very easy access to major roads and freeways. Plenty of parking. Truly a 4 star US equivalent in quality and room size. One of the best European hotels I've stayed in.

The price is very convenient. The location is very beautiful and Turkish restaurants are on the street. The room is a front number. The tea Water coffee is all available and the tea heating is available. I want to come back to a great place.

Lovely hotel. Warm and comfortable, excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms are spotlessly clean and serviced every day, staff work so hard and are all very friendly. Would definitely stay here again, it has everything you need for a nice stay.

Ich gebe ungern schlechte Bewertungen ab, aber dieses Hotel hat mich nun schon mehrfach enttäuscht. Nachdem ich es mehrmals versucht habe, muss ich leider sagen, dass es in Zukunft nicht mehr meine Wahl sein wird. Zunächst war ich der Meinung, dass ich einfach Pech hatte. Doch nach mittlerweile drei oder vier Aufenthalten hat sich meine Meinung bestätigt. Die Erfahrungen waren stets schlecht, und die wiederkehrenden Probleme haben meine Geduld stark beansprucht. Ich werde die wichtigsten Punkte der Aufenthalte kurz zusammenfassen, ohne zu sehr ins Detail zu gehen. Bei meinem zweiten Besuch waren wir zu einer Hochzeit im Hotel. Als wir in unser Zimmer kamen, war sofort eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit spürbar. Über der Klimaanlage war die Decke schon nass, und drohte, herunterzukommen. Leider war kein anderes Zimmer mehr verfügbar, und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Handwerker erst am Montag erreichbar sei, um das Problem zu beheben. Uns wurde geraten, später nochmals an der Rezeption vorbeizukommen. Letztlich haben wir dann doch noch ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, aber nicht ohne dass wir selbst noch während der Feier den Raum wechseln mussten. In anderen Hotels wird in solchen Fällen das Gepäck schon ins neue Zimmer gebracht – hier war das leider nicht der Fall. Dazu kommt noch, dass wir zwei Nächte in dem Hotel übernachtet haben und wir das neue Zimmer nur für eine Nacht bekommen sollten. d.h. am Morgen nach der Hochzeit sollten wir das Gepäck noch einmal packen und wieder zur Rezeption kommen. Wir hatten somit vor, während und nach der Hochzeit streß. Das Hotel hat es dann möglich gemacht, dass wir doch in dem Zimmer bleiben konnten, was wir erst nach dem Frühstück erfahren haben. Das neue Zimmer war dann zwar „das sagenhafte Zimmer, in dem auch Cristiano Ronaldo übernachtet hat“, aber auch hier quollen bereits die Platten der Anrichte, was darauf hinweist, dass auch dieses Zimmer zuvor Feuchtigkeit hatte. Der letzte Aufenthalt war zu einer Weihnachtsfeier. Mein Plan war es, am Nachmittag einzutreffen, etwas zu entspannen und mich in Ruhe fertig zu machen. Laut Hotelrichtlinien hätte ich ab 15:00 Uhr einchecken können, doch die Zimmer waren erst um 17:00 Uhr fertig. Die Weihnachtsfeier begann um 18:00 Uhr, sodass ich mich beeilen musste, obwohl ich schon frühzeitig vor Ort war. Mein Eindruck ist, dass immer nur eine Person an der Rezeption versucht, das Hotel zu retten, was eindeutig nicht ausreicht. Positiv hervorzuheben ist allerdings der Koch beim Frühstück. Er sorgt stets für ein gutes Frühstück, fragt nach individuellen Wünschen und geht durch den Raum, um zu prüfen, ob noch etwas benötigt wird. Fazit: Es gibt gute Ansätze, aber leider überwiegte für mich die Enttäuschung. Das Hotel hat in meinen Augen viel Potenzial, aber es bleibt hinter den Erwartungen an ein 4 Sterne Hotel zurück.

Budget friendly hotel, room was nice. Aircon was loud and didn’t do an awful lot, Bathroom was the best. Bed very comfortable however the bedroom itself wasn’t exactly spacious! Be prepared, no wardrobe or draws of any kind just a rail for hangers. No safe either, bottle of water supplied but room was that disgustingly warm it was warm as there wasn’t a fridge. Well worth the stay if visiting football game and it’s a good price! It’s literally on the public tram (seems to be free as no ticket barriers) Parking is very very sparse however street parking was safe and didn’t receive a fine to the side of the hotel. Check in was easy. Can’t comment on breakfast as wasn’t going to pay €15 each for a continental breakfast which was very very small selection. Rate the hotel if you can get it cheap as it’s very good location and quie!

Great location, very close by to restaurants, bars and shops. Close by to U bahn stop and easy to walk with suitcases from the Hautbahnhof. The room had a sink which was helpful although the room could get a bit stuffy in the summer weather. The toilets and showers were in separate rooms - there was more than enough of both so you didn't have to wait. The breakfast had a lot of variety of meat, cheese, bread, yoghurt, cereal, fruit. Staff were very friendly although not the most help with questions we had. Unfortunately on all 3 nights there were groups of children making lots of noise up until 12am. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it.
