Clean and quiet hotel. Nothing much nearby within walking distance. There is a mall 3km away or about 10 mins drive.

No major complaints but there’s not really much around the hotel. You can take a taxi or ride a bike to get to the MixCity mall but other than that, not a convenient place to stay. WiFi have been terrible all through out the stay and I have been using my data most of the time to access things.

Checked in after watching the Guangdong Derby, not far from the Dongguan Bank Basketball Hall, the hotel 🏨rooms were upgraded, super satisfied in all aspects 👍, this will be the first choice

Hygiene: Very clean, certified by mysophobic elderly Facilities: Complete, everything is available. Pillows and mattresses are super comfortable Environment: Very quiet Service: Very satisfactory. Welcome food was given upon check-in, and a small gift was given upon check-out. The breakfast was very rich, and the whole family was very satisfied. Full marks!!!

The room seemed to be bigger than other Hampton Inns, spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The staff were very polite. I thought the decoration would be smelly, but it wasn't. They gave us some snacks.

The front desk Curry service is very good, the room facilities and equipment are very complete, the check-in experience is very comfortable, the room is quiet, the lobby environment is very good, very good!

Not bad, it's clean, and the service is pretty good overall. But the welcome snacks are only given to double people in the king-size room 😂 The breakfast is unexpectedly good. The surrounding environment is also good, quite quiet. But there was a party in the next room, and confetti was sprayed all over the floor... No wonder it was a bit noisy at night. There was an event on the second floor, and it was a bit noisy on the ninth floor. The soundproofing is a bit poor.

The hotel is newly opened, and there are no supporting facilities nearby. The room is ok, and there are welcome fruits. Two complaints: 1. The air conditioning in the room is uncontrollable, and the lowest temperature is set to 16 degrees. The room temperature has not changed all night, and it is 24 degrees. It is hot with a thick quilt, and it is cold without it. 2. Because I brought my child to check in, I asked the front desk for an extra set of toiletries. The front desk sister actually said that the hotel can only provide two sets of bath towels and cannot ask for more 😓. I have stayed in many hotels of all sizes, and I have stayed in hotels under this brand many times. I have never said that they do not provide a third set of bath towels. This hotel is really weird! Are you afraid that I will take your bath towels? To be honest, I don’t even want them. I still hope that the hotel can maintain its brand, be people-oriented, provide good service, and make guests feel at home.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of food and was delicious, so I highly recommend this hotel.
