Great downtown location with a beautiful shore walkway right across the street and easy access to everything. Unfortunately, my room was very noisy due to nearby street construction. I was woken up by what sound like a concrete cutter powered by a massive industrial generator. The blend of piercing, high-pitched screeching and the deep, thunderous hum created a jarring symphony that was impossible to ignore for an unpleasant and headache-inducing morning. I recommend future guests request a quiet room, especially on workdays, as construction noise can be disruptive

It’s my first Best western in few decades. Pleasantly surprised by the modernity and cleanliness. Room is comfortable and compact with all the basic touches and a good layout. The free breakfast was a nice touch. Location is perfect for one night stay to get in and out from the highway.

Wonderful service and harbour location!

Very nice hotel

Stay was comfortable. Parking was very limited and road side parking had to be used and it's limited to until 8am for free parking, which can be inconvenient for guest who are staying longer than that timing. I also do not prefer the beds to face the mirrors directly and this had full size mirror next to both beds.

The hotel is in the prime location, has a lot of restaurants nearby and our room is facing the harbour which is great. The public area of the hotel is a bit old and improvement is required on cleanliness, but the room itself is clean, bright and relatively modern. The car park is always full and we have to park our car at the public car park near the hotel and get refund when we check out.

The air conditioner started leaking 3 or 4 days before we left the hotel as we were there for one week . It was kind of awkward as it is above the closet and right in front of the front door so we had to keep a towel down so nobody slipped. Especially my 5yr old son when he visited . Also I didn't realise when booking the room how small it was, it actually was inconvenient, how small it was especially for a week! If I had known that (because the picture makes it look like a regular sized hotel room and they had thae size on there bit which really looks at the sq metre if the room size. If I I had known it was so small I wouldn't of rented there. The staff were great though. They didn't charge us for late booking four when we told them about the air conditioner leaking

Great hotel in a great location directly overlooking the marina. However, the road is being renovated recently, so please be careful when unloading your luggage as you may have to take an extra detour to get there.

It's OK. The sea view room I chose is of guaranteed quality. There are no obvious shortcomings. The location is very good and the living is very comfortable. I am very satisfied with everything.

You can see the sea view, the room is not big, the layout is good, you can walk to the beach, there are good restaurants nearby, the food is good👌, but the city is too old and there are vagrants nearby.
