Clean room. Good hotel. But the thing I don’t lime is reception is not at ground floor

This is the first time I have booked there and the last time. It does not deserve five stars. The hotel deserves only four or three stars.

Everything was amazing , i really loved the receptionist Yousif he was absolutely helpful . The service , the view and everything was nice. Coming again fo sure. تجربة اكثر من رائعة .

Panoramic seaview room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast not too many choices but good quality generally. Although buffet breakfast provides boiled eggs, fried eggs can be served upon request.

The new towels and tissues the hotel replaced for us were dirty. The hotel breakfast was very ordinary. The lobby waiter had a good attitude. The hotel was some distance from the mall and required about 10 minutes' walk.
