Food was excelent. Staff was friendly and very helpful througout.

Rooms are comfortable and neat, just thought the curtains were not good enough. Location is great, view is amazing and breakfast was pretty good.

Beautiful hotel, located not too far from downtown. Hotel is clean and beautiful but there was a little stench in my room and the throw pillows on the bed smelt very badly. I didn’t get to use any amenities in the building. Overall it was okay, concierge was nice and service was good.

A five star experience with good sized rooms, gym, location close to all attractions and excellent customer service. Good breakfast with lots of choice and good service and smiling staff all over keen to make your stay an unforgettable one. Daine to name one staff at the breakfast for being so attentive to good service and always with genuine smile.

I was lucky to check in this hotel, my room is a one-bedroom suite which is located at the upper floor. First of all, the services are warm, effective and professional. All staff take great care about the guests'needs and try to solve any problems. Very quick to response and understand vere well the exact demands of the guests. There are varied resturants nearby, seafood, cafe, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Arabic food and etc. Facilities are new and well-maintained, mattresses, bed sheets, comformters(duvets), pillows are comfortable. For my room, the most important is spacious. If I feel exhausted owing to jet leg or walking too much per day, then my room is a perfect place for relax. I was hurry to check out on Feb 29, unfortunately I forgot to grab the fruit knife stored in reception. My room number is 1412, the luggage storage tag is 03209. Staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were amazing, clean and well kept.

The hotel is new , clean, and nice. A little far from interest location. We had several problem : one of it was that we found dirty towel in the room and full of makeup and it was supposed to be clean.

They allowed us to check out for free for one hour until 1pm. The room was stylish and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the place had a nice atmosphere. It's an IHG hotel after all. I used Uber, but there was a Japanese ramen shop and a Thai restaurant on the other side of the main street which were both delicious.

Stylish new CLEAN (and non-smoking! this is important, based on my experience in Doha) hotel. Lots of details that please the eye - from wooden room key cards to unusually shaped glasses. Control of different light points, temperature - smart home. Yes, you can't walk to the tourist places, but 10 minutes by taxi - and all the museums, the market, etc. Recommend!

This is a new and very beautiful hotel. Probably, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Very tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinners, friendly waiters, always happy to help at the reception, gave an adapter, helped weigh luggage before departure. Inside the hotel everything just sparkles with cleanliness! They cleaned every day, robes, slippers, all personal hygiene products. Moreover, all products have an incredibly delicious smell. Body lotion - love! Lots of locations where you can take photos)) on the first floor there is a diffuser with a cosmic smell. The pool is looked after, the temperature is monitored. We will definitely come again! 10 out of 10, honestly!!!
