Thank you Salwa, Christina and all the staffs in reception and restaurant for the superb PR with us during our stay here 💝 to the reception staffs working on 03.06.2025 (morning shift) thank you so much to let us check in early with no cost at all.. and granted our wish to have a nice view 🥰 To Eri and Ryan.. both of you are doing a great job.. keep our room clean and tidy.. 😘 I love you guys and gonna miss you all after 6D5N staying at this hotel 😇 Keep up the good work 💪🇶🇦

The hotel is close to a large shopping mall where different kinds of restaurants can be found, within 5 mins walking distance. The service is excellent, the staff is very nice and helpful. There is a gym and a swimming pool. I think the gym is 24/7, the gym facilities is ok as a hotel. The pool is not big though, good enough for relaxing. The breakfast is not great, not many options of food but serving till 10:30am so can enjoy even waking up late. Sometimes I went to the shopping mall for other foods as breakfast.

Everything looks good except only one thing The sofa is not well cleaned .. it smell very bad.

Location excellent, just a few minutes walk from City Centre Mall, an enormous shopping centre which opens till late with a huge variety of shops, restaurants and kids playing zones. The room size is very reasonable, with a well equipped kitchen.  There's also a small indoor swimming pool, with not many people using it, it felt like a private pool which is great.

Enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Was on the high floor facing the city with partial sea view. Location close to mall that was connected to the metro station. Breakfast was average. All in all, good place to stay in term if affordability, location and size

Fantastic location and the rooms are very very spacious! The washing machine and kitchen are so handy. Could there be an air dryer for clothes? Also, the breakfast was very repetitive and limited (as per all the reviews I had read previously)

Convenient location with Metrolink bus stop outside the hotel. Rooms are spacious, good layout. Staff members are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but it's very busy in the morning - not enough space for guests

Element City Centre is the perfect location for our stay for 2 weeks tennis tournament! Highly recommended for travellers! The hotel facilities ticked all the boxes! The staff from the front door to the restaurant are truly international and wonderful! Special thanks to Abdelaziz from Morocco for his extremely attentive to details for our table and all others. Extremely helpful Peter from Myanmar for his good spirit! All staff are great, I just can’t name each one of them but they know our appreciations🙏

Hotel was in a great location for where I needed to go. Most of the hotel staff were great except a small incident I encountered from a staff member on the overnight shift. The King Studio Suite was very spacious and nice. The kitchen was a plus. The bathroom was okay as the water from the shower kept leaking out of the shower onto the floor, so I had to keep using my towels to wipe up large amounts of water from the floor. It took housekeeping a long time to bring extra towels when calling, which so has to several times. Overall, I’d stay here again in the future.
