Quality Aparthotel Divonne - Portes de Genève Reviews

We arrived at 10pm. I received room 116 as shown in the photographs. They gave me a dirty, untidy room as you can see. When I asked for compensation, they refused to compensate me for the first night. Just make up for the remaining nights I refused to live in.

The service was great! Our room was upgraded immediately when the toilet light was faulty. The counter staffs are friendly and helpful. Good location, the Sunday market is just behind the hotel. Great stay!

I'm a regular in this place. It has all I need for a weekend with kids away from home for a reasonable price. They just had some rebranding but they also could use some refurnishing here and there;)

Got plenty of parking

Good value for money, but the furnishings are old and dilapidated. In short, it could use a makeover.

We took an apartment for 4 (one bed and one sofa bed). Very comfortable with good air conditioning that works. The reception closes at 7pm and we arrived later but an envelope with the cards was prepared in a safe for us. The hotel is a 4* but it is not really worth it. Comfortable and very good but do not expect a real 4 star. There are restaurants less than 3 minutes walk away, several free parking lots.
