Check in was fast and absolutely pleasant. We could check in an hour early. I will give over 10 stars to the staff. They are efficient, pleasant and with right hospitality mind. Our room was spacious, spot on. Good air-con and ample hot water. Big decent tv. Full shaving kit was there. In my previous review i have mentioned about the mattress being spring and sinking in the middle making it was hard to sleep but the next room’s mattress was good. Room rate included free breakfast and it was wonderful. There was a really good array. Perfect breakfast consisting of something for everyone. All the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious. Big points trom us. Room service meals we ordered were also really good. Location is great. Not far from the attractions. We had a great stay. We recommend them.

The hotel is out of the way and is about 2km 2.5km from the nearest sites to visit. The majority of the clientele are groups who have their own bus to get around. For solo travelers The hotel can rent you a scooter. 200,000vnd/day. Taxi to the airport costs 60,000vnd. The hotel is rather old and the furniture/carpets have suffered quite a bit. The bedding is horribly uncomfortable and unworthy of an establishment of this price. I changed rooms. The bed in the 2nd was new but still as uncomfortable! The soundproofing is non-existent. There are no bathrobes or safes in all the rooms. Answer: we don't have enough!!!! The pool is not very clean and there are no lounge chairs. Just 2 small concrete benches. No towels either. The positives: the wifi is good the breakfast buffet is also good the room service is good and the staff is amazing. In summary: Location 2/10 Comfort 0/10 Cleanliness 6/10 Breakfast 8/10 Staff 20/10

In the city, very close to the airport, everything is pretty good

When checking in, Le Tan answered the phone, stood at the counter waiting to finish the welcome drink, still answered the phone, went to the chair to wait, but didn't see him and asked what the guest needed. I booked 1 VIP room and 1 room. couple for the family, Le Tan asked everyone to go to the counter like taking roll call. When going to room 503, the magnetic card could not be opened and had to ask the receptionist to change another card. In the VIP room there is a bathtub with a sprinkler system, but when When it turned on, there was a short circuit, the power turned off, so the electrician came in and cut it off. According to the motto, leave it there, so the electrician took it out, no longer using it, the wifi only had 1 bar. Although the 4-star hotel is in the same Muong Thanh system, there is no welcome fruit like Muong Thanh Lai Chau, Muong Thanh Thanh Youth only has 3 stars. Upon arrival, the room is beautiful, the central location is convenient, there is only the Reception service is not as demanding as other Muong bars

Overall, the service provided on days close to ***** New Year is quite good.

Convenient location to tourist attractions

My wife and I stayed 3 nights, arriving before 4PM by taxi($3) from DIN Airport. A welcoming receptionist copied our passports, checked the prepayment, presented our key card, then we took the elevator to the 7th floor. Deluxe king #710 was carpeted, clean and spacious with a fully outfitted bathroom with unhandy tub shower, closet with shelf of hotpot/coffee/water, a comfortable king across a large TV(History, NHK, Planet Earth & movie in English), desk & chair with minibar, easy chairs and table, good lighting, open wifi, 4 outlets, central AC with wall control and opening window with town view. The 6AM breakfast buffet was a great variety of Asian specialities with an egg/pho station, then a buffet of fruit juice/fresh fruits/yoghurt, cereals, meats/fish, cakes/ breads/croissants/jams & local coffee. We ordered room service; excellent Spring rolls and Chicken corn soup. Convenient taxis wait at the hotel entrance. I found several small grocery stores walking 300m south. Room was cold on March 17, 18 & 19 with heat available on the morning of the 20th!

Special thanks to Ms Ngân, receptionist, for exceptional services she has delivered during my stay. My impression is also for the Muong Thanh Salad. It is as fresh as the atmosphere of incoming Tết holiday in the city. I highly recommend this hotel to those who would like to choose stay location with visiting destinations at near distance.

I stayed three nights here for my visit to tour the Dien Bien Phu 1954 battle sites. No negatives. Pleasant staff. Good size room with a comfortable bed. Clean. Breakfast selection okay. Fast WiFi. I ate in the restaurant two evenings and the meals were fine. It’s walkable or a short taxi ride to most of the 1954 sites and the museum. If you want a massage then the salon just outside the hotel entrance on the main road is very good.

Great hotel, clean and modern interior. Our flight got delayed and asked for late check out, granted it is. Great service from the staff and special thanks to Ms Pham Thi Lien for the arrangement. Will recommend it to anyone who comes to Dien Bien Phu. What a great experience! Thank you!
