It's a great homestay for those travel with friends and family. It's equipped with lots of intelligent devices with beautiful surroundings. The owners are friendly and helpful. Sending us to the second railway station early morning. Will stay here if visit Shangri-la in future.

Very hospitable host. Provide free breakfast which is very homely. Accommodation as per pictures provided. Gave clear instructions to prevent altitude sickness.

Perfect location: in a quiet street and only 2 mins walk to the ancient town. Room is big, modern and well equipped. There is also humidifier in room.The only minor thing that those who plan to have a long stay should aware is that they only provide disposable towel which may be a bit inconvenient. Breakfast: basic but delicious. Service: 10/10. Free welcome fruits in the lobby. Even though the booking only included one trip of either pick up or drop off from the train station, they were so kind to offer us both trips. Highly recommended!

This is a very outstanding experience, heartwarming service and friendly front desk. Very clean room with excellent amenities. Very accomodating hotel allowing us to keep our dog in the hotel. The room was very nice and spacious.

The hotel is located outside the old town but traveling is also very convenient. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are cheerful and friendly.

The room is so big and comfy, they decorated in mordern style. The staffs are very nice.

Service: The boss contacted us early in the morning to confirm the arrival time and provide pick-up service. On the way to the B&B, he kept introducing us to customs and history and helping us plan the itinerary👍👍 We also gave welcome snacks when we checked in. The yak hot pot recommended by yummy🤤 was also very delicious😋 and the guy was very handsome, with a sunny smile😆 very considerate and in-place service~🥳🥳 Environment: The B&B is right at the east gate of the ancient city, within a ten-minute walk, and it is very convenient to travel~ It is also close to the ancient city bus station, and you can take a bus to various attractions😆 Hygiene: The room is very clean, very spacious and has a sense of design. It also provides oxygen absorbers, dehumidifiers, heating, etc., as well as disposable toiletries. The toilet seat is still hellokitty, which satisfies the girl's heart🥰🥰 The journey in Shangri-La is more complete because of choosing this B&B. If I have the opportunity to come in the future, I will choose this B&B again! 💕💕

Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped, from projectors, oxygen machines, humidifiers, smart toilets, disposable face towels (the first time I encountered free ones, they are very friendly to girls and very thoughtful) to plush slippers, everything is available, especially good! Hygiene: It is the cleanest and most hygienic homestay I have ever stayed in! ! ! From the floor, table, bed, sink to the toilet, there is no dust or stains. I feel very safe. Environment: It is not far from the ancient city and Songzanlin Temple, and there are many places to eat nearby, which is quiet in the bustling city. Service: The boss and the service brother are very enthusiastic, from small antipyretic *****, fruits, masks to one-to-one station pick-up (BMW), and the recommended yak hot pot restaurant tastes good. The children like it very much, and the overall experience is great! If you have the opportunity to come to Shangri-La, you will choose this one.
