The only thing that I really don't like is tat I wanted to put my water bottle into the mini chiller which totally can't caused the thing inside can't removed,

Great service with good attitude at the reception. Able to accommodate housekeeping request. Hotel is located at one of the best location in Singapore. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and patronise again!

The hotel has strong smell that smell fruity and cigarettes. Thought it is but is not but the smell does not make me comfortable these 2 days. Furnitures quite old and picture saw in trip not depict like real stay. The fridge are dirty with some left over juice. Got to clean up personally. Staff ok but I not going back. Location are good with bus and food and hao supermarket nearby.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel located at good strategic location within walking distance to Orchard and nearby to MRT / bus stop that serves multiple destinations within Singapore. Cleanliness and room size is acceptable with ref to price point. The only downside is the room bathtub can be safety hazard due to easily to slip when climb out from tub after bathing, this is due to the design of the tub height and narrow tub width. The gripping mat doesn’t help much either. Would advise those senior citizen to be careful when check in to this hotel room. Also the hotel doesn’t have its own carpark but need to park at nearby chancellor hotel and you need to pay coupon $10 per day. Other than that, this hotel is good and tick all the traveler’s requirements.

Great location. Walking steps to orchard road. Easy access to public transportation. Room is as seen on photos. Small .

The staff are friendly respectful, everything is on the spot and I'm near in everything I need.

Very disappointed

We stayed for two nights, All was good until the second night at 12 midnight a big thud banging on our bed head that woke us up and continued with a few more thuds before it finally stopped. We couldn't sleep after that.

Everything is excellent except the water disperser in the room, one time filling is 220ml but the cup is ~180-200ml...Always a waste of remaining water, which I need to get another cup to receive the water...

Convevience places for shopping and looking for foods and beverages. Walking distances to others shopping centres and food courts.

Great location in Singapore Orchard road. And of course great value for money. Staff is extremely friendly
