Great experience! We were 3 people + 2 dogs. The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was and had a lot of choices. Dogs welcome! The hotel is just beside the building where people do their IELTS English which was perfect for us.You walk out the door behind the reception and straight in to the Madison Building, IP Campus. Just a couple of things that could be better. No fridge in the room. No coffee machine, just instant coffee. Parking 15€ for the night. And for info. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel. We thought we could have had lunch where we had breakfast, but it wasn't possible. Instead you can buy ready-made meals and warm then up in a microwave. It wasn't too bad of quality though. Freshly made in glass jars and 3 vegetarian options.

Good airport hotel to stay but surprised to find that airport hotel doesn’t have shuttle to the airport. One has to take the public bus to the airport.

The hotel location is a letter bit far from town.but room is good

I stayed here once many years ago. It is a relatively cheap hotel near Brussels. The house is relatively new. It costs about 20 euros to take a taxi from the airport. The towel rack is quite high, so you have to jump up to get a towel.

Extremely bad. This is the worst service and the worst room I have ever stayed in during this trip to six European countries! Dark, squeaky, and arrogant group of Mediterranean guys!

Very nice everything only if it is removed from the center. The good thing is that it has a truck stop nearby

The hotel breakfast is good, but the dinner is average, not recommended. There is no lunch, and there are no restaurants nearby. It is recommended to eat in the city and then come back. About the shuttle bus. Go down to the 1st floor, Zone E, and wait for the shuttle bus. The timetable is attached. I didn't wait, so I took a taxi directly, which cost just over 10 euros, which is acceptable. It is not easy to get a taxi nearby. There is 272 when you go out. You can swipe your credit card on the bus. After the 272 arrives in the city, transfer to the subway and go to many places. There are also 471 and 282 nearby. Use Google Maps to check the time. The transportation is quite convenient, but it is a bit troublesome. You can get to large supermarkets such as Carrefour by changing buses twice, and you can also buy things and eat them at the hotel by yourself. It's great~

Nothing to say except that I asked for a room with a bed for two finally we got a room with a separate bed

The hotel as a whole is good and the environment is relatively clean.
