Great views of west lake & surrounds. Spacious rooms with good layout. Plentiful breakfast, although sometimes inconsistent, with a wide range of foods. Friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is a popular venue for conferences. Could be a little cleaner but it's generally tidy. Great value.

Hotel is run down. Have big window and good view of the west lake. Hotel supports the underprivileged and abused women if Vietnam.

Nice lake view, spacious room, balcony. 5-10 min motorbike trip away from old quarter etc. Would recommend

The hotel is old and it's humid because it's next to the lake. But the location and view are good.

The hotel is a bit old. The lake view room has a nice view. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the lake. There are many coffee shops by the lake and many restaurants nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Presidential Palace.

There was a drain smell in the room and it made me feel sick. Also, I didn't know if it was a paid amenity or a free amenity, so I would have liked a more detailed explanation at check-in. The hotel staff were also watching the video at full blast, and I felt free.

Hot water turns cold after five minutes of showering

I use it all the time. I like the SPA on the first floor so I go there often.

The cleanliness is not good... I hated it so much. There were a variety of breakfast options, but the one that was easy to find was fried eggs..ㅠㅠ

Too bad, the sign on the building is "Women's Development Center", which is not a professional hotel at all! Simple and old. Old hotel style from the early 20th century. There were not many waiters to see. It's very deserted and the location is in a small alley. No one lives there. It's quite scary at night. They are completely different from the photos in platform advertisements. They are worlds apart. Breakfast is almost non-existent. It is better to buy a bowl of noodles from a snack bar outside. Extremely poor value for money!
