Excellent location. Smiling staff. Ashish was very helpful. No negative points except the TV needs to be smart TV so that we are not deprived of OTT programs

Very good location, walking distances to CBD with many eating places, shopping malls and supermarket. The bus stop for Skybus for airport transfer and Red Decker (hop on and hop off for City Explorer) is right opposite the hotel. The one bed room apartment is really spacious, comprising a living cum dining area, a simple kitchen with a microwave oven and a washingmachine cum dryer. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our special gratitude goes to Mr Aashish (maybe incorrect spelling), who has followed up promptly to help us upgrade to the apartment upon our request.

We loved our stay at Racv Hobart Hotel as it is very conveniently located to amenities and places of interest in its surrounding. The hotel room is spacious and very comfortable and it is very kept and clean. The breakfast at the hotel offers good varieties and value for money. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the hotel. We plan to return to stay longer in this hotel so that we can explore more of the places of interest surrounding Hobart. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one!

Lovely big room. Good value and nice location

The room was very small, super small. The size of the single bed was 80CM. We were supposed to stay for three days, but we stayed one more day because of a change in our schedule. It was on this day that we felt the poor service attitude of the hotel customer service staff. We went out for a day and came back to the hotel in a mess. The bed was not made, the toilet was not cleaned, the garbage was not thrown away, and the towels were not changed. We called the hotel front desk to clean it up, but they said they couldn't clean it up. We asked them to change it, but they couldn't change it either. In short, they couldn't do anything we asked. It was really speechless. I said I wanted to complain, but they said it was no problem, go ahead. They didn't care about the feelings of the residents at all.

The facilities are outdated, the breakfast food is average, the pillows are too soft and uncomfortable, and the dressing equipment is insufficient. The advantage is that the location is convenient for travel and the friendliness of the staff is the most worthwhile reason for staying in the hotel.

A very nice hotel with convenient transportation. It is just across the road from the airport bus. The staff are also very enthusiastic and will chat with you. The restaurant on the first floor is also delicious. In terms of hardware, there are no disposable items, you have to bring your own!

Very cool hotel. We were checked in at 10:30 am, which made us very happy. The rooms are clean. It is located in the very center of Hobart. Opposite is the Sky bus stop, with which you can get to / from the airport. Clean spacious room.

Convenient travel, opposite the airport bus, excellent location

The room is large and the sanitation is good. There is a bathtub for soaking in the bath, and there is a small open kitchen where you can heat food with a microwave. There is also a washing machine in the room, which is very convenient.

Good location in the city center, with its own parking lot
