The hotel is too smelly with the hotpot attached to it making us no appetite all day whole day. At night it was horribly noisy with bar and pub around , Ppl are singing till 11pm and it is at a very noisy location. Do not recommend if you want to relax and recharge

Service: Checked in during the off-season, the store upgraded the room type, and the customer service WeChat gave a lot of travel suggestions. The service was excellent. Facilities: The public area was very comfortable, but every sofa in the suite I stayed in was very dirty and even damaged, so the sofa was basically not sat on, and the faucet was loose and leaking. Environment: The location is very good, there are many places to eat around, and it is 500-800 meters walk from West Street. You don’t have to live too close to West Street to find some authentic food. Overall: It is worth experiencing, but the hygiene situation makes me not come again. If the hotel is renovated in the future, I will highly recommend it.

I'm convinced, the environment is really good! ! ! There are five floors in total, and they will help you carry your luggage to the room. When you come back from drinking at night, you will be notified in advance that the air conditioning and heating will be turned on. This service is great. It is a few kilometers away from West Street, so it is very quiet to sleep at night. We drove by ourselves. It doesn’t matter if you go there, the hotel has a wooden style and a great texture! I also received a souvenir upon check-out, and the service is beyond praise.

Environment: I personally feel that it is very design-oriented. The old house has been renovated to be very design-oriented, with a mixture of nostalgia and modernity. There are also a few cute kittens in the store. It is quieter than other hotels, and it feels like resting in the mountains. Haha. In the end, we also played DIY fan painting in the hotel. The front desk and the aunt who cooks are also very nice. Unlimited pick-up and drop-off in the county: This is also very convenient. There are cars in and out, but you need to tell the hotel what time to use the car. It is not far to Liu Sanjie, Qianguqing, and West Street. Then, the hotel has electric cars for rent. The scenery of driving an electric car from the hotel up the mountain to the waterfall pond is very 🉑️ If you like to be freehand and quiet away from the noise of the city, you will like this place. It is suitable for people who like to read books, paint, or meditate quietly.

The room is quite unique, but not as spacious as expected. The public facilities are OK, swimming is very convenient, and fortunately there are not many people. But the pool table is broken and cannot be used, and the stargazing station is outside the homestay, which is not very convenient. The only other facility that can be used is a slide. Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock, and Xingping is far away from other attractions, so if you plan to travel around Yangshuo County, you need to discuss it with the hotel in advance. It's average.

The experience at Luna Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in process and provided valuable local insights and recommendations. What's more, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they use Bvlgari amenities, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. Overall, the attention to detail and exceptional service at Jiurang Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Yangshuo.

The place is epic! The scenery is beyond beautiful it’s like a beautiful oil painting. The staff are professional and helpful they speak English well to help you and make sure you’re comfortable. Don’t miss the Spa for sure, you get a discount voucher with your booking so it will get deducted from your spa bill prices starts from 700 RMB, very professional and relaxing. There are so many activities to keep you busy. There is a complimentary photography and that was amazing my photographer was really talented and fast he understood what I want even tho we don’t speak the same language. The rooms are spacious clean and convenient. The mini bar is filled with options and they complement you with deserts and fruit all day long. The ladies who help in the restaurant. And Ethan the bar tender was very joyful too. 10/10 I enjoy on my stay the Tai Chi class the instructor speaks English well. I’m definitely coming back again!

It is recommended to add a lotion, which is really dry in winter. Hygiene: The guest room is quite clean, and the restaurant is also very clean and tidy. Environment: The location is very convenient, just three or five minutes walk from West Street Service: The girls and brothers at the front desk are all great, answering all questions, and the training management is very good. The boss should give the management a chicken leg. The recommended strategy is also very convenient. The upgraded room at the front desk is very good. I will come again next time.

After selecting the photos and posting them, I found that a dozen photos were far from enough. From the time I booked the room, the entire housekeeping team began to give various thoughtful reminders in the small group. The hotel is very beautiful, and the hardware facilities are great, fully considering the needs of children and adults. Even better than the hardware is the warm and meticulous service. The children have fallen in love with outdoor activities in just two days, and they were reluctant to leave the dogs, cats, brothers and sisters. Our whole family thinks that this is the best parent-child homestay so far. When we left, we were given Lego blocks. I hope the business of the homestay will be prosperous and better.
