Stela is a real ocean front fully equipped apartment, located at Rincón P.R. beach condominium “Victoria Del Mar”. The apartment is a stylish comfortable space with a beach bohemian look, perfect for family trips, couples getaway, business trip or just to enjoy a nice quite place with one of the most beautiful sunset view of Puerto Rico directly from the apartment balcony. Entering the apartment you will see the first sneak peek of the breathtaking view from the living room which is completely equipped with furniture, TV, Wifi and more. The dinning area has a table for 6 people including the basic amenities needed, also has a magnificent view of the ocean from this area. The kitchen has stove a brand new refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils , microwave and more. Heading to the bedrooms we have one master bedroom with a king size premium mattress a closet with hanger and a complete bathroom. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with full size premium mattress including a working space ( desk with a chair) a closet with hangers. Across the haul you find the second bathroom, in front you will find the laundry room that has a washer and dryer we provide the liquid detergents. Note our apartment has AC through the apartment...BUT WAIT there is more, heading back to the leaving you will find a glass sliding door which it will take you to your personal balcony and experience a breathtaking view of the Caribbean ocean, you will hear the oceans waves throughout your stay.Stela is located on the second floor ocean front of Victoria del Mar Condominium. The building consists of the main entrance gated where you will access your personal designated parking space.The main entrence to the building has a glass door that will access you to the inside, for your convenience there are two elevators and two stairs ether one will take you to the apartment.** The apartment doesn’t have direct access to the beach but only 2 minutes away (walking or car) you can find a beautiful beach spot. Studio apt, with full kitchen full bath with all amenities to cook, enjoy watching tv on a 65 inch, Wi-Fi included, we have beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella with two size coolers for guest to enjoy!! This is a private house on a quite neighborhood that’s safe, owners live upstairs, we are about 4 min to the nearest beach in corcega and about 8 mins from the town where u have lots of restaurants to visit, guest can park in the driveway, the apt has a/c and a ms Pac-Man for ur enjoyment!! Welcome to The Babanees, a quaint and cool, boho surfer style home located in the heart of desirable Puntas, Rincon. With over 20 windows inside, it makes for a beautiful airy and light space. Situated on the top of "Bummer Hill" the home has sweeping ocean views from almost every room. It is a three bedroom, one bath private house rental I took on the undertaking of rehabbing and designing the property myself. It’s boho surfer chic style holds a certain novelty that only a place like Rincon, PR could possess. The house has all brand new appliances. New stove, refrigerator, bath remodel, furniture, 50' screen TV with streaming capabilities, high-speed internet, and brand new inverter A/C. There is plenty of ventilation from the abundance of windows in the home. I have a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen ensure you are getting the cleanest and safest water. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. I’ve tried my best not to miss any details! I have a 300 gallon back up gravity water cistern. Please keep in mind that the water does frequently go out in Puntas. I have made it my job to ensure that when the city water turns off, my guests never go without water. My goal is to keep making this home better, cozier, and more unique. I wanted to create a space that will make you feel relaxed while on vacation. It’s more than just a place to sleep, it’s a home that exudes everything I love about the island and culture of Puerto Rico.
