We spent 2 nights and the hotel is exactly as described. The room was amazing, quality of the bed just perfect and super nice decoration. The swimming pool is big enough and the restaurant nice with a bit of European choice. The staff doesn’t speak English but can help you through we chat to find the right place and even select restaurant around, super helpful. A great discovery and very charming and unique place.

Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

Beautiful location, you don’t have to leave the hotel as there is a pool, restaurant, games room and beautiful views. Peaceful. Rooms are beautifully decorated and big. The restaurant has limited but tasty food that changes daily - nice Chinese food! Perfect for a couple of days of complete relaxation!

What a wonderful surprise when we arrived to this place. The rooms are all different and very well decorated. The view of the mountains is terrific and the pool is perfect. The menu at the restaurant is not very long but everything we tasted was truly delicious. The staff went above and beyond to help us finding a driver, selecting locations to visit nearby, booking tables and answering questions we had from CDC. They shared their wechat contact at check in and they were very responsive. We had a wonderful stay, our kids too. We highly recommend this place.

The service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

Art hotel is beautiful. The grounds are nice however the main road is is a little close. The service is exceptional, we had a person called Charlie help us through our whole stay and he was phenomenal especially in this more tricky times.

Just one word I want to say, Amazing!

The hotel environment is very beautiful and cozy. There are five cats and a dog. Unfortunately, the last cat was not found. Although there is no takeaway nearby, the dishes ordered from the hotel restaurant are very delicious and the service is also great. The only problem is that the steak I ordered in the evening was fried well-done and it was very solid. However, the taste is still pretty good overall. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast is not so satisfactory. The portion and taste need to be improved.

An amazing hotel! I came to Hangzhou to watch a play during the Qingming Festival, and stayed in Moganshan for two days. I wanted to feel the deep greenery in Moganshan, but I didn't feel it in the mountains (the scenic spot was somewhat over-promoted...), but I completed the closed loop in Zhimagu Hotel. It can be seen that the design of this hotel is very bold and attentive. Each room has a unique design style, classical Chinese, European, American, Southeast Asian, ******* style... I was dazzled when choosing a room. If I wasn't afraid of trouble, I would even want to change the style every day~ The reception area and restaurant of the entire hotel are filled with various green plants, medieval furniture and interesting sculptures and paintings. The sun shines in through the large French windows of the Elf Restaurant. The whole space looks patchwork in the extremely complex style, as if it is located in Southeast Asia. The breakfast in the restaurant and the stir-fried dishes in the Chinese restaurant are good. The waiters are generally young, and they are all very cute and friendly sisters and brothers. The housekeeper Xiaoyu is very thoughtful. She took the initiative to help with luggage, deliver things to the room, introduce travel guides, etc. I love you~🩷The cats and dogs in the store are well raised. They live a more comfortable life than me in a picturesque place. I envy them so much😭

Environment: The scenery is very good, you can see the mountains and swimming pool from the room, very comfortable, the whole hotel is very carefully decorated. Service: Very thoughtful, the butler Xiaobu has a good service attitude, responsive, great!

The environment is very good, with a strong sense of design. The front desk lady helped to upgrade the room type, and gave me a handmade cup from the store when I left the hotel! The pets in the hotel are also very cute🥰, I will choose to stay here again if I have the chance in the future

We decided on a temporary travel plan and accidentally saw Zhimagu. Because it has the same name as our baby, and it is pet-friendly and does not charge cleaning fees, we booked it without hesitation. I was amazed at the beautiful women and handsome men found by the boss, and the staff were all very beautiful. When we arrived at the hotel, the clerk upgraded our room immediately because he was afraid that we would wait too long. It was also a surprise, and the good impression doubled. Then the exclusive housekeeper Jiang Jiang was very considerate and steamed the fresh food for my dog ​​the next day. The hotel restaurant also had good service. I don’t know what the aunt who served that day was called, but she was very kind. She even ordered a shrimp fried egg without seasoning for our dog in the restaurant. The room is very quiet and tidy, full of design. It’s really quiet, because my baby will bark when someone passes by, anyway, she didn’t bark all night and slept well. I highly recommend it and will recommend it to my friends around me.

Beautiful hotel The front desk and restaurant are full of flowers and green plants, and the giant and the cat are very happy. The large lawn in the courtyard is dotted with dolls, and the double bed room is huge with many sofas and chairs, which can be used for parties. The breakfast and lunch in the restaurant are delicious. The butler service is very good, asking about your well-being and providing timely feedback on any problems 24 hours a day. They will also recommend tourist attractions and delicious restaurants. I can't wait to recommend it to my friends.
