3-Star Hotels in Deqin

The owner was very friendly and provided free trekking poles and crampons for us to borrow. After the hike, we warmly invited you to sit by the fire and drink ginger tea. The room was in a good location, facing the Goddess Peak. Unfortunately, it was snowing and foggy when I went there, so I couldn't see the Golden Mountain in the sun.

This hotel offers a great location to view the Meili Snow Mountains during the morning golden peak and also sunset (if you're lucky with the weather conditions). It is right next to the bus stop, which means it is very convenient if you are planning to catch an early morning bus (in our case). Rooms can be a bit pricey, but we know that we are essentially paying for the view. The food at the hotel is also tasty, I didn't need to go and look anywhere else for dinner and breakfast. I appreciated the great help that was provided by a staff named Xiao Wei. We arrived at the hotel when it was raining and wasn't expecting to see any mountain range in sight, but then the sky suddenly cleared up during the evening just shortly before sunset whilst we were having dinner and Xiao Wei came over to tell us to go and have a look at the snow mountain, which made our hearts rushed with joy. We also appreciated when Xiao Wei told us again during night time that the mountain range was visible so we quickly opened the curtain to treat ourselves with another fantastic view. The viewing platform on the top floor is a great location to see the sunrise and golden peak. I personally think it's even better viewing at the Feilai Temple platform that most tourists go to. On a final note, Xiao Wei again was very kind to help us by going to the bus platform at 8.30 AM in the morning to help us purchase the bus tickets from the driver (we couldn't do so as wechat pay didn't work for us). We were very happy with our stay here and got very lucky with some of the best views during our entire Yunnan trip. Thank you very much to Xiao Wei and the staff at Once Upon A Time in Meili :)

The room is very good! The boss is better! The room is very Tibetan, and there is no difference from the photo. You can have a very good viewing angle in the room. Rizhao Jinshan opens the curtains! There are electric heaters (very warm), electric blankets (also very warm), and the northerners are not cold at all! 2 supermarkets and 1 cafe near the inn are very convenient. The boss is super responsible, the phone guide is not impatient at all, and when renting ice claws, check carefully whether there is damage, tomatoes, eggs, green vegetables, rice noodles are delicious! The soundproofing of the traditional wooden room is a bit poor. Friends who sleep lightly/mind privacy can consider it again, but everyone is generally tired to sleep immediately after walking back. It is not a big problem for me.

After a long time of choosing hotels in Feilai Temple, I finally decided on this one. The reason for choosing it was that it was newly renovated and the owner was changed. The owner was very nice. After arriving at the store, the owner was really enthusiastic. He introduced the use of the floor heating oxygen machine, the sunrise time of the next morning, the location of the viewing platform, and sent good night milk in the evening. Nice! The window opened to see a huge snow-capped mountain. You can see the golden mountain in the sun from the room!

The room facilities are relatively simple, the bathroom is dry and wet, the hotel seat is better, you can see the Meili Snow Mountain directly in the room, you can also go to the roof to see the snow mountain, there are electric blankets on the bed, sleep at night is not cold, if you want to open the floor heating, you have to add extra money.

I made an appointment with a friend to travel together. I passed by this place and found that there were many interesting places nearby. I thought about spending a few days here before leaving. So I thought about finding a hotel to rest for a few nights before continuing. I turned on my mobile phone and looked at many hotels. I chose carefully. I got stuck, hahaha, so I directly screened the hotels with the best reviews and found this one. When I clicked in, I was attracted by the hotel environment and the service attitude in the reviews. Moreover, the location is not far from nearby attractions. We booked this hotel without hesitation and drove to our destination. The boss enthusiastically showed us the location of the garage (there is a dedicated garage, parking is really convenient!!) and he enthusiastically told us when we arrived at the front desk. What are the delicious and fun places nearby? It’s so thoughtful. After I got the room card and opened the room, I fell in love at first sight! The room environment of this hotel is really great. There is no peculiar smell after entering the room. The main thing I saw in the room is an oxygen concentrator! ! This is great news for people with high anti-reaction syndrome. My friend, who already has a little high anti-reaction syndrome, really praised me for choosing the right place when he saw that the room had oxygen. After lying on the bed, he felt relieved. After a day of exhaustion, I felt like I was at home for the first time outside. The bed was not a very hard one, and it was really comfortable to sleep on. After the rain, I opened the window and was surprised by the scenery outside the window. There was a ”empty mountain and new rain” Finally, the weather feels like late autumn. Taking a breath of fresh air feels like living in nature! ! The air conditioning and heating are also great! There was no peculiar smell when I opened it, and the room quickly became warm. It is really the best hotel I have stayed in these days. My friend also joked that I finally made the right choice. I highly recommend that all my friends passing by come here to rest. ! ! When I first arrived, the boss was selling coffee at the door, which was very cool! It's a two-story loft with a very large room. The floor is concrete, so I thought it would be cold, but the room has air conditioning, heater, and electric blanket. It's not cold when sleeping at night. The shower water in the bathroom is very hot. The most important thing is that the location is very good 👍🏻 There is an observation deck right outside. There are also two tripods in the room, and Coke and water are free.

It was a great experience staying at this hotel. Didn't expect they provided hot milk & fruit to welcome us. There is an oxygen generator provided in the room. Our room is directly facing Meili snow mountain 🏔️. Can take photos directly from the room. One of the unexpected facilities that the hotel provided was the floor also fitted with a heater. You will feel all the things in your luggage warm in the morning. I highly recommend staying here.

The place is basic, but it served my needs: an unobstructed view of the mountain peaks from the room, a short walk to the viewing platform, and nearby eateries. It is located right in front of a main street, but noise wasn't an issue during my stay. The electric blanket on my bed wasn't working, but there was a heater in the room. There was a smell from the washroom; it wasn't particularly unpleasant, but it bothered my mom. You may want to manage your expectations if you're looking for a place that offers more in terms of service, facilities, and comfort. Considering that the hotel next door charges almost double, I'd say this place is still worth what you pay.

It can really be called a manor. It was the most surprising B&B in the entire self-driving journey. The yard is super huge with many fruit trees and flowers. We even picked peaches and grapes to eat. The house is also elegantly built in ******* style and the bedding is comfortable. There are a lot of dried fruits in the lobby, which are delicious! Breakfast is a combination of Chinese and *******, and the yogurt is especially delicious! The proprietress and her family were very enthusiastic. Sister Zhamu sat in the yard and chatted with us after she was busy. The landlady's family moved from Niding Village. You can ask them to help contact Niding Village for the Baima Snow Mountain hiking route. Niding Village is really like a paradise.
