The duvet had a slight smell, which was faint but noticeable when I was under it. The TV didn't work at all, and there were flying insects on the bed. When I first checked in, I also noticed a puddle of dripping water in the bathroom, and I had no idea what it was.

The owner is so nice! The room is fantastic! It has oxygen supply, floor heating, and electric blankets~ It's less than a 2-minute walk from Feilai Temple observation deck! The hotel also has its own balcony with an amazing view 👍🏻 And the grilled yak meat skewers at stall #19, run by the owner's wife, are absolutely divine! I devoured 20 skewers! It was so good I literally kneeled down to eat 🧎🏻♂️ and then realized I could still eat while kneeling 😋 What a great trip! Looking forward to coming back again soon~

The hotel environment is really nice! There's parking downstairs, and our room on the 4th floor has a direct view of the snow-capped mountains, so we didn't have to wake up early and jostle with crowds at a viewpoint. It's also great value for money. Highly recommended!

The facilities are decent, and the cleanliness was spotless. The environment offers beautiful scenery that's truly something to look forward to, and the service was very warm and welcoming. The oxygen room itself was incredibly comfortable. While breakfast isn't included, there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. Ultimately, the breathtaking scenery truly makes up for everything.

This time, I stayed at this hotel near Feilai Temple, Meili Snow Mountain. While it was a pity not to witness the spectacular golden sunrise on the peaks, the owner's exceptional service made our stay incredibly heartwarming. The owner was incredibly welcoming during check-in. When he learned we had specifically come hoping to see the golden sunrise, he smiled and said, 'What's meant to be will be seen.' He then proactively offered us a complimentary upgrade to a view room, from which we could enjoy a panoramic view of the entire snow mountain range. Even though the golden glow didn't materialize, watching the clouds swirl around the mountain tops from our room was incredibly therapeutic. The room was tidy and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. In the evening, the owner even came to remind us about the significant temperature fluctuations in the mountains. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, the owner's genuine warmth and thoughtfulness truly resonated with us. Next time I visit Meili, I will definitely choose to stay here again – this heartwarming service alone makes it completely worthwhile!
