The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including oden. The location was excellent—close to shopping mall and the old town.

Great location with few shopping malls nearby and it's less than 100 meters to the gate of Datong Ancient City. We had a wonderful and very satisfying 5 days stay. Thumbs up for the friendly and helpful staffs right from the reception, housekeeping, food and beverage and even the security guards. The room we had was quite spacious, clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the ancient city. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of Chinese foods and western as well. Strongly recommended. Will definitely stay again.

very nice and clean hotel. Very near to the ancient city entry gate. Locating is also very near to the gathering spot for my tour that will start early in the morning. When we check out, they even gave each of us a packet of local snacks. Love it!

The guide in Xiaohongshu is full of surprises! Although we didn't book a family room, the 1.35-meter double bed was no problem for our family of three. The room is new and large, with wet and dry separation, good linen, good toiletries, unlimited supply of mineral water and drinks, drinks, fruits and snacks are provided in the lobby, which provides a lot for people who are hot and thirsty after a day of playing. It's very convenient. The room can see the Qingyuan Gate of the ancient city. It's only a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast is even more surprising. I didn't plan to book it at first. After being recommended by the guy at the front desk, I thought the price was good so I booked it. It includes haggis noodles and shaved noodles. Siomai, prawns, fruits and vegetables, drinks, and freshly pressed coffee are all available. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 p.m. I saw a family with a baby arrived at 9:55, and they were warmly received without any intention of closing the meal. It felt very humane. All in all, I am very satisfied and will recommend it to my friends.

It's a great hotel. The location is very good. It's right next to the west gate of the ancient city. It's very convenient to go to the ancient city. I was very satisfied with the food and accommodation, especially the breakfast, which was so delicious for a southerner. I’ll look for this restaurant next time I come back to Datong! Highly recommended
