Facilities: The hotel is new, and the bedding and pillows are of Atour quality and very comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean; they even provided laundry detergent for laundry. Environment: There are supermarkets nearby, and various attractions are within easy reach, making it very convenient. Service: Truly excellent. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Because my train was late, they even kindly extended my arrival time.

We spent two nights at Atour in Datong, Shanxi Province. We were impressed by friendly and excellent services provided by staff (at every position) of the hotel. The room was clean and neat with all details attended. Breakfast was very good. We tasted some delicious local foods. The best of all was the hotel provided free of charge use of washing machine and dryer. A big thumb up!
