Everything was good. I wish we had frequent housekeeping. The current arrangement seems one a week.

While the amenities within the apartment suffices for our 2 nights stay, we would say that generally this accommodation is rather outdated in terms of the interior furnishing, appliance and lightings. While it's location is walkable to eating places and the thai food restaurant located below this apartment is great, parking can be quite a nightmare if you drive as the on-site parking is extremely narrow and it's a very steep slope up and down. The on site parking is chargeable at 60 Aud per stay.

Location is 5 stars. Amenities are dated but in good, cleans and working condition. Had everything we needed for a short 2 night stay. All staff were friendly enough but we had minimal interactions. Pool and spa was clean but there were people there with glasses of wine which was dangerous but staff didn't care. The "studio executive" room was spacious with balcony. I would stay again for short trips.

The Location was great. Near the Hyde park The room smells like cigarettes. That was not so great

Fabulous location right on Hyde park. A spacious room with a kitchenette was a positive however everything else was a bit tired and old.

Aircon remote control batteries run out, and the aircon is having some issues. No table / chairs are provided at the balcony Utensils are not cleaned, the drying rack is rusty Asked for vacuum cleaner only have to picked up and returned myself Ask for room housekeeping was declined due to the time has passed which is not true Water is weak for the shower Shower head is leaking Location is easily accessible by public transport

This hotel is in a great location but has seen better days. In terms of functionality there is nothing wrong with it but it is a little tired and dated. However, the price reflects this and it is good value. I would recommend staying here and will do again in the future.

Well, the overall average score is about 5 (out of 10) Starting from the location, opposite Hyde Park It takes about 20-30 minutes to Chinatown and Sydney Opera House It is acceptable. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel The overall facilities are old, and I don’t dare to use the laundry room.. The lighting in the room is also terrible.. There is no shower head in the bathroom*** The bathroom is super small and inconvenient And except for toilet paper in the bathroom🧻 No additional toilet paper is provided...😵 The service part is okay, but there are communication barriers I have obtained the letter of the hotel’s consent to cancel, and the platform was rejected by the hotel when I asked to cancel. It’s really speechless A deposit is required for check-in, which can be replaced by cash💰200 dollars I probably won’t stay in this hotel again..

The elevator is a bit slow, I wonder if it's because the hotel is a bit old? I encountered two or three minor elevator problems during my three-day stay. The room is relatively large and the kitchen facilities are complete, but the hygiene is not very good. The single bed I brought with me became swollen when I put it on. The attitude of the front desk is OK, depending on the person. There are two front desk ladies who are very nice and enthusiastic. I only stayed for three nights and there was no room cleaning. I had to get towels myself or call. There was a collection point in the corridor where I had to throw away the garbage myself. The location is not bad. There are wws and coles nearby where you can buy food and so on. Overall it's not bad

The room has all the cooking equipment, which is suitable for you to go to the supermarket or market to buy ingredients and cook. If you want to change the towels, find the hotel. Cleaning is not arranged for short stays.
