I am from s.korea. Every morning, the beach is close by, so I started the day by jogging and swimming in the pool. It can be inconvenient because it's a bit far from downtown, but the staff were friendly and I enjoyed my stay.

I have given this Hotel a 1 star as we had 2 nights here, it was not an enjoyable experience. We arrived late at night the First room we were allocated was very very dirty and smelling of Cigarettes, hand towel in the bathroom had been used previously. We asked to change rooms, which they did immediately this room was clean and ok. Restaurant is out the Hotel and over the road on the beach. Food wasn’t great, service was awful, not a good experience at all. We had a 5am checkout in the morning, we had paid our Bill the evening before reception had arrange for us to have sandwiches and fruit to takeaway assured us it would be sitting on the counter at reception. The kitchen staff had to wake up!! Receptionist from the back room as it was not there. Eventually we received our tin foil packages and in it only sandwich each no fruit!!!!! We left and will never return to this hotel .

I had dinner two evenings, the food was delicious. I sat at the bar and ordered a fruit plate for dessert, and what did I see, the plate intended for me, the waiter simply eats the fruit from my plate before bringing it, I was shocked. Behaved like pigs. I should have made a scandal, but I was so disgusted that I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I ate shrimp for dinner, I would like to know until all the shrimp came to me.??? I do not recommend this place.

Nice place with good rooms. Sweat crew and nice with monkeys coming in the evening We will Absolutly come back! The beach was dirty and not nice to stay on. Pool very nice. Breakfast ok but a lot of birds tried to steal your food. Standard room better than the big ones with balkony.

The pros: The Shuttle driver was very nice, prompt, and personable. We enjoyed the breakfast Buffett each morning. The staff was friendly and enjoyed talking to the guards as they would teach us proper Swahili greetings. Cons: Bedbugs. Not even 14 hours into our stay my wife found and killed a bedbug on the mosquito net at around 5am (see the uploaded pictures) We were petrified! We promptly notified the front desk and were moved to a room on the other side of the floor. That wasn’t far enough in my opinion but we paid for 8 days upfront that was non refundable. On the night before checking out, we’ve received a letter that they would be fumigating. In order to reach this step they must have known it was a problem but ignored it for at over a week. When we checked out the next morning and as of leaving around 2pm we didn’t see any fumigating. After leaving we still have the dread of carrying bedbugs from Jangwani Seabreeze which makes sleeping very difficult and also potentially spreading an infestation and the cost and fallout from that. Going forward we will search recent reviews specifically for bedbugs and if any mention we will avoid that place like the plague.

The place was as advertised. Check-in/Check-out was fast and efficient. room was big spacious and very clean. breakfast was ok only downside was birds in the dining area. Staff were really good and attentive. the beach area mhhhh was really not that good. at night the place was dark with little to no lighting. in the morning the area was littered with trash/ garbage. the pool was good and clean. all in all our stay and the hotel was good and will definitely come back Senga
