The bathroom was very unclean, with hair and nail clippings indicating the need for a deep cleaning. Furthermore, it lacked an exhaust fan, and the prayer mat also required washing. As for the services and price, they were great, as were the size of the room and the cooperation of the staff, whether reception or workers.

I arrived at 3pm which is the check-in time but the room was not ready and i had to wait for almost 2 hours to check-in. The hotel upgraded my room which is totally unnecessary.. they also do not have a bath tub.. and there are not a lot of selections and options in TV channels.. The hotels in saudi are somewhat missing of the welcoming vibes and service standard is low..

The facility of the room and breakfast is very well and worth staying in next time!

Don't book from Trip.com they did not coordinate properly with the hotel. I faced problem with my booking and have to wait an hour before the hotel provided me with the room. Reason was Trip.com didn't properly Conveyed my booking to hotel. and at the checkout time I faced the same problem.

Arrived at midnight, the front desk saw that it was a Chinese passport and upgraded the room to presidential. The hotel is a bit old, but overall it is very good. There is a supermarket on the first floor which is very convenient

Hygiene: Well maintained, an old hotel for so many years Environment: Good surrounding facilities, a big supermarket next to it, seamless connection Service: Slow feedback from the front desk, old system, Facilities: Old equipment It is an old hotel, not a new one. The restaurant is on the P building. Try not to call the front desk, go to the front desk to communicate in person. It will make noise when you are about to leave the hotel.
