Perfect stay at J.Mountain for family trip. Available in Trip.com. Our stay period in summer season (consider off peak?). Prior to stay, the staff are very prompt in helpful Q and A. Services are exceedingly good, excellent and accomodating. All staff are friendly, approachable, and careful to details. Sharing local culture and history, and place of interest. Outstanding concierge service. Our stay include Tea appreciation, sumptuous dinner (2 choices), and hearty breakfast (2 choices). We were given complimentary drinks at bar, and alternative dishes to met dietary requirement. Very useful that hotel provide Hotel-Train station transfer. service, and other short distance ride to Huangshan hiking entrance (saved a lot of time). Staff helped us booked our Cableway tickets which saved us time to queue for tickets and avoid buying wrong tickets. Very spacious open concept, clean and modern room and furnishings like king size bed, large Sofa, round Table TV. Balcony with lush tranquillity view of nature full of mountainous greenery and waterfall. Sound of nature (cicada) and fortunately room comes with good sound proofing sliding door. Bath tub, shower area, and WC with build in sensor and biget spray. Standard Amenities are provided. Electric source is China 2-pin 3-pin plug standard and USB. Hotel is located within the Huangshan park (?). Saving us time in getting clearance at Park security office as the Driver brought us through the security checks with ease. We felt like VIP. Hotel is a short drive away to nearest cableway (called ‘hot spring’ cableway etc.). Do bring rain coat as weather up in the mountain is unpredictable. It rained when we reached up at ‘Yuping’ cableway. Hotel staff offered us rain coat. We have a skilful driver to transport us safely form our Hotel-Train station transfer.

J. Moutain Hotel has excellent service and hotel facility, it was best top 5 international hotel standard that I ever stay in. Great service and location as well.

Truly amazing! Great services. This hotel is worth the steep price. It is a work of art and the service is impeccable. The room is designed with low key luxury style and has stunning views. It is very close to the cable cart to yellow mountain. The best experience I have ever had - not your typical big chain high end hotels.

Our stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel. The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right). While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly). We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking. Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later. I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely attentive and very generous. The view of the room was breathtaking. The decoration of the hotel is very modern and chic.

Exceptional service, hotel arranged a car to drop us off at our next hotel over an hour away. Would also highly recommend the tea tasting.

This hotel has a strong artistic taste and is also a hotel with management experience. It has a strong sense of service. I am very satisfied with this experience. The hotel's location is perfect. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Huangshan without staying in the hotel. The hotel's dishes are great. It made me eat the chicken soup that tasted like my childhood. It was not easy. I like this hotel.

Facilities: The hotel is very new, with sufficient air conditioning and floor heating, very comfortable Hygiene: Very clean, very quiet everywhere Environment: You can see some small scenery, the room can see a small waterfall, with a balcony, it happened to snow this time, lying on the bed and watching the snow scenery is beautiful Service: Very considerate, on snowy days, spikes, trekking poles and raincoats are provided. We have two babies and we gave them children's meals. We like to deliver meals to the room. We will send and pick up when we go to the cable car ropeway. We came by high-speed rail, and the high-speed rail pick-up station is really cost-effective and convenient. Several drivers are very good, they will introduce Huangshan to you, they are also very kind and patient, and their smiles are perfect. The dishes made by the chefs in the hotel are very delicious, the children like them very much, and the desserts are also delicious. It's a spontaneous trip, and the hotel was booked in the middle of the night. I am still very satisfied, and there is nothing wrong.

The room is clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious. It is very close to the restaurant. You can see the Herringbone Waterfall opposite when lying on the bed. It is very close to the Yuping Cableway. The housekeeper service is thoughtful and the driver's pick-up is convenient. If I come to Huangshan next time, I will choose this hotel again and will introduce it to my friends.

I rarely comment on hotels, but this hotel must be rated five stars Service: The service is super good, and they reply to questions immediately. They will arrange pick-up and drop-off for any cableway, and they also pick up and drop-off for both the cableway and the station. Because the high-speed train was at 5:30 pm, they delayed our check-out to 3:30 pm Teahouse: You must go to the teahouse. The lady in the teahouse is gentle and quiet, and you can learn a lot of knowledge. She is super patient Dishes: The restaurant's ham fried with winter bamboo shoots is super delicious. The children couldn't stop eating it. They ordered this dish again at noon the next day. The breakfast was also very rich Scenery: You can directly see the Yuping cableway from the balcony of the room. The first-level drinking water source around the hotel is also super beautiful, with a blue-green glass water effect, and a small waterfall

The service, food, room and view are quite good. The soundproofing is not good, but the guests are of high quality after a little reminder. I live on the 6th floor, with a good view and shuttle service to and from the scenic spots. There is a Cantonese chef, and the Cantonese people can order as much as they want and the taste is good!

The hotel has a beautiful environment, a superior location, complete room facilities, delicious restaurant dishes, and enthusiastic and proactive service staff. It is an ideal hotel for the whole family to travel together! It is worthy of five-star recommendation.
